Mountainview Cottage Muletg - Flims LAAX

Seit Herbst 2019 erstrahlt das Cottage oberhalb von Flims auf 1500 müM. Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. The apartment is very family-friendly and cozy, quietly located and sunny. It is located in the center of Trin-Mulin with good public transport connections. Within walking distance there are good restaurants and shopping possibilities. The mountains and the Flims-Laax ski resort as well as a cross-country ski trail are just outside the door. In addition, many beautiful hiking trails, the Rhine Gorge, Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta, as well as numerous family-friendly activities attract visitors.

A Luxurious Modern Living space in an Historical Chalet built in 1470. Old wood cleverly repurposed to form Elegant Alpine furniture, Open Living, Dining and Kitchen. High spec appliances. Glass doors onto a large terrace with Uninterrupted Mountain Views. Benefiting from all day sun. The Interior is designed with Calm Neutral tones. The master suite has a Fireplace and ensuite bathroom. The Guest Bedroom is a light playful space for Children with a Bathroom opposite with a rain shower.

"Rifugio" Loft im alpine chic, ski in, ski out

Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Luxurious Castle for your romantic holiday

Welcome in our lovely flat inside a 18th century Castle. We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to a very nice Spa. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

Chalet Balu

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Trin-Mulin is the perfect starting point for various leisure activities and tourist attractions in the Surselva region (including the Flims-Laax-Falera skiing, hiking and biking area as well as countless other offers for families and business enthusiasts), Viamala (including the Viamala Gorge, castles & palaces), Imboden (including Lake Cauma, Lake Cresta, Rhine Gorge). The cross-country ski trail is within a short walking distance.

Spacious, family-friendly house (200 m²) on the Walenstadtberg with a fantastic view of the Swiss mountains and the valley. The entire house is exclusively available to our guests. Eight individually designed bedrooms, an open kitchen with dining area, a cozy lounge, a terrace, a private fitness room and a sauna ensure a relaxing stay. Ideal for families, groups and friends. Reservation for a minimum of three paying persons.
