We offer our "cottage" here! It is located directly on the edge of the forest behind our house and is part of an old mill farm in the middle of the forest! We are 1 kilometer away from the nearest neighbor and the nearest supermarket is 6 kilometers away. This is not a luxury hostel, but if you are looking for absolute peace and a hiking paradise in the midst of the most beautiful nature, you have come to the right place! In the cold season, you MUST additionally heat with the fireplace!

Simple but functionally furnished, clean room with daylight in the basement of our single-family home in Altenkirchen/Ww. Private bathroom 2 steps across the hall opposite the room. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

The EIFEL QUARTIER anno 1846 is part of an ensemble of several historic natural stone buildings that have been lovingly restored and give discerning guests a great natural experience right in the heart of the Eifel without having to sacrifice relaxed luxury. The EIFEL QUARTIER is a very individual, original accommodation with a modern pellet stove. It covers two floors and has an electric charging station. Here, pure living has been transferred to the modern age.

The centrally located yet quiet district of Mayen invites you to relax, hike and enjoy. Couples, business travelers as well as families are welcome. Wonderful hiking and biking trails (bicycle shelter available) are within walking distance, shopping and restaurants in 2 km, as well as the Tollipark for children. The legendary Nürburgring is 30 minutes away. In summer, the Burgfestspiele [castle festival] greets you, in autumn the Lukasmarkt [St. Luke's market].

On approx. 20 square meters there is a bathroom with shower and a room with a double bed, closets and a small seating area. A fridge and dishes are included as well as a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker. For your information: There is still a little construction site romance on the rest of the building. Spend a nice time with friends, family or as a couple. The accommodation is comfortably equipped and very lovingly furnished. The green courtyard is also great. Pets are welcome upon request. So you can explore the Maifeld, hike the dream paths, visit Eltz Castle, take part in a wine tasting on the Mosel or take a boat trip on the Rhine.
