Der kleine Flur führt in das Wohnzimmer mit kleiner Kochnische (Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Doppel-Induktionskochplatte). The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.

My property is located in the quiet district of Auf der Weissmark, in the immediate vicinity of the local recreation and nature reserve Mattheiser Weiher . Downtown is 4 km away, there is a very good bus connection. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has its own lockable entrance. A private car parking space is located right in front of the house. The small daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.

The atmosphere in the east quarter of Trier is familiar and scenic. The pedestrian zone with all the sights, museums and shopping, train station, but also nature, vineyards and beautiful hiking, everything is within 10 minutes almost at the doorstep.
