Condo vacation rentals in Triana, Seville

I stayed at this place in Seville during a heatwave, and thankfully the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the stay really comfortable. There were plenty of towels provided, and we really appreciated that the host prepared enough bottled water for the number of guests. As a thoughtful gesture, they even opened up an extra room for us, which was a nice surprise. When we needed to get to the bus terminal, the host kindly gave us clear and helpful directions for taking a taxi. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent hospitality. Highly recommended!

El apartamento es súper a agradable, tiene todo lo que necesitas, estaba bastante limpio, ubicado en buena zona, súper tranquila, el acceso es fácil y se pusieron a nuestra disposición, ya que se nos hizo tarde para llegar pero Manuel siempre estuvo al pendiente, muchas gracias!!!

Muy buena experiencia. A 15 minutos caminando del centro histórico y a escasas cuadras para comprar víveres. Destacamos la atención al llegar de Mirella.

Heel fijn verblijf gehad bij Teresa. Er zitten veel lekkere restaurantjes in de buurt en het centrum is op loopafstand. We konden ook onze bagage wat eerder kwijt in de AirBnB wat fijn was. Erg ruim verblijf met alles wat je nodig hebt. En Teresa is super lief!

Absolutely loved staying here for a week! The space was clean, had good airflow (and aircon for hot days), and a nice new modern design. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and made for really good sleeps at night. The terrace is incredible - it has everything you need to eat outside, sit in the sun, and the cold outside shower was a nice touch for when you want to cool down. The area is great - very local, there is a market nearby with fresh produce and food, a bakery for morning bread, lots of little tapas bars, and couple blocks away is a long avenue with lots of restaurants. It’s about 20-25 mins walk to the very centre, and there is also a nice running or walking route along the river. The host was great - easy to communicate with, and the flat was quiet and very comfortable. Would highly recommend as a place to unwind.

El alojamiento era estupendo, muy cómodo para 4 personas adultas, estaba súper limpio. Cumple todo lo de la descripción. La comunicación con Imma estupenda, respondía muy rápido, es muy amable. No tengo ninguna pega. Recomendable 100%

Das geräumige und gut ausgestattete Apartment im dritten Stock (mit Lift) hat eine sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt von Sevilla. Das Zentrum und verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die große Dachterrasse ist einfach grandios! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Semana Santa sehr genossen und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

El apartamento estaba genial, todo muy limpio, ordenado y Mariló no se ha dejado escapar ningún detalle.. ha sido muy atenta y amable, contestaba rápido a los mensajes.. situado en una zona muy tranquila y a unos 20 min en coche del centro.. no nos ha faltado de nada.. lo recomiendo!!!

After some difficulties communicating with our hosts prior to the trip and when we arrived, we did very much enjoy the space and were quite comfortable.

appartement totalement conforme a la description. Très calme et securisant. Proche des curiosites... setas a 5 mn ....cathedrale a 15 mn. tout peut se faire a pied. je recommande cet apoartement.

We had a great stay at Francisco's place. He's very friendly, and met us when we arrived. He gives an introduction to the place, and you can see that he cares about his house and that everyone has a great stay. He has a great list of restaurants that we used, and made sure we pre-bought tickets for the Alcázar and Cathedral. The location is great, walkable to all of the main sites in the city, while being quiet at night. The rooms worked perfectly for our family of four with two teens. The house is also naturally cool, even when we arrived on a very hot day. We didn't use the kitchen, but did do some laundry in the easy to use washing machine.

We had an amazing stay at Isaac’s place. Isaac was so kind and always present to assist any questions I had. The apartment looks bigger than in the pictures. It’s beautiful and spacious, clean and very comfortable. My friend and I booked it for one night to stay in Seville and we were very satisfied with our decision. If you’re staying in Seville, this is the perfect place. You don’t need a car, everything is at walking distance. I highly recommend Isaac’s place and we would come back for sure!

Abbiamo soggiornato nel appartamento per 3 notti...due coppie di amici. La nostra scelta è stata in base ai recensioni di questo alloggio. Possiamo confirmare tutti i recensioni ....un appartamento pulito, dotato di tutto necessario per lunghi soggiorni... Abbiamo apprezzato tanto la clima dentro la casa, temperatura che ha creato confort e piacere. Abbiamo apprezzato presenza di due bagni ben attrezzati. Appartamento molto silenzioso. Non si trova proprio in centro, ma per chi ha gambe buone ...non è un problema !

Notre séjour était vraiment top ! le airbnb est spacieux, complet et rempli de gentilles attentions. une grande cuisine, un grand séjour, il y a un ressenti de comme à la maison. La cours extérieure est un vrai plus ! Le mercadona est juste derrière pour les courses c’est parfait. de l’autre côté de la route de l’essence, et surtout à 10 min en voiture de Séville. de quoi profiter de la ville en journée et se reposer au calme le soir. Merci encore !

José Carlos nous a réservé un excellent accueil. L'appartement est propre et conforme à nos attentes. Il nous a donné toutes les explications possibles pour garer notre véhicule a proximité du métro qui nous a emmené au centre historique de Séville. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre hébergement que nous conseillons aux futurs voyageurs.

Thank you José and Arturo for being so welcoming. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The bed and linens were especially comfortable. It was so quiet; excellent sound proofing! Would definitely visit again.

Ha sido un acierto absoluto. El apartamento dispone de absolutamente todo lo necesario para alojarse y sentirse como en casa. La limpieza es estupenda, aun recuerdo el olor a suavizante al entrar por la puerta. para mí, es uno de los factores importantes, y este establecimiento lo cumplió sin problemas. Por no hablar de la tranquilidad de la zona, (diez minutos en coche al centro de Sevilla). Trayecto muy cómodo y accesible. Destacar el baño refrescante que nos hemos dado en su cómoda piscina, situada en el mismo alojamiento. En Sevilla, y en esta época hace mucho calor, pero hemos dormido y descansado a pierna suelta gracias su refrescxscante aire acondicionado. Gracias a la cercanía, amabilidad, disponibilidad, respuestas inmediatas de su anfitrión. Sin ningún tipo de duda lo recomendamos.

Nacho is a great host, always available and ready to help. His place is just like described and seen on pictures with free parking in front of the building which means a lot if you are travelling around by car. I would recommend choosing his apartment if you are looking for something with great price performance and free parking.

gostamos muito dos dias na casa do Sérgio, um anfitrião muito simpatico sempre muito prestável mesmo antes e depois da estadia, tudo corresponde com o que nos foi dito. recomendo muito esta experiência a casa tem tudo o que precisa para uns dias bem passados, as crianças adoraram a piscina e o trampolim foram optimos pasta a sua diversão!muito obrigado por todas as recomendações de lugares a visitar e comer!
