Now, new in 2022! Boutique Villa Mihail is a Pool in Koukounara (Kissamos) near to all famous beaches in Chania Elafonissi, Balos, Falassarna! It is a fully-renovated traditional stone house with wooden ceilings and large spaces, a large kitchen and a second garden kithenette, a private bedroom and a second one in a space that isolates, a bathroom and extra large living room, including all comforts. We have just added a brand new pool, exclusively for our guests only!

Ένα όμορφο, πλήρως λειτουργικό σπίτι σε ένα γραφικό μικρό χωριό με φιλόξενους κατοίκους και υπέροχη θέα σε θάλασσα και βουνά. Κατάλληλος προορισμός για τους επισκέπτες που θέλουν να γυρίσουν τις μοναδικές παραλίες της περιοχής (Μπάλος, Ελαφονήσι, Φαλάσαρνα). Για όσους θέλουν υπάρχει παραλία στα 15-20 λεπτά με τα πόδια (Naya beach bar restaurant). Επίσης προορισμός κατάλληλος για πεζοπορία απολαμβάνοντας τη θέα της γύρω περιοχής.

Our cozy stone built home in the village "Kaloudiana Kissamos" is a perfect place for relaxing. We have renovated our grandparents home that was built in 1800 by our ancestors. It is in a perfect location close to the market of the village, at a distance of 200 meters. Away from the main road for quiet and relaxation! The narrow streets to get to the house impose a small car.

Οur house is located in a small traditional village name Drapanias just 10 minutes away from sea! In the winter the house is welcoming with hot radiators and hot water . Our home can accommodate up to 3 people as it has a double bed and a sofa converting into bed, It also has fully equiped kitchen and a large veranda with furniture and with the possibility of barbequue.
