The stay was simply perfect! The inn is charming, very clean and well cared for, with a quiet and cozy atmosphere. Everything is done with great affection and attention to detail. The Hosts were amazing! Super considerate, kind and always available to help with whatever it takes. They made us feel at home from the first moment. I recommend with my eyes closed and I hope to return soon!

Dalva was very attentive and helpful, including giving tips on what to do during the stay. The accommodation is very well located and was well clean. I recommend it!

I highly recommend it, Max welcomed us with a lot of good humor and practicality, not to mention the house in perfect condition. Very soft bed, clean linens, really super worth the value, I spent a short time but it was really worth it.

The space is functional, beautiful (just like the photos), has all the amenities and was super clean and fragrant. I used it to work from home and the internet worked great too! It has several windows so it's well ventilated (which should be great in the heat) but even in the cold it wasn't a problem, because the air conditioning on hot and the heated faucets saved us! Although it is next to the host's house, it has a separate entrance and you have all the privacy. Dani is a sweetheart, super helpful and available, she helped us with everything we needed.

Great stay, it was me and my wife 11 days staying, very nice place and close to everything, we rested a lot, I highly recommend it and I will return as soon as I can. A hug to Antemar and his wife Andréia.

Great stay. All very clean and organized. Good that even has ironing iron. Comfortable sleeping bed, full size double bed, if the bed was a little larger size would be perfect.

I rented it for my in-laws, but I accompanied the check-in, entry into the apartment and also attended. The apartment is impeccable, just like the description - comfortable, with good space and complete. Full kitchen, plus laundry area and washing machine. 1 suite (double bedroom with bathroom) + 1 children's bedroom and bathroom (total of 2 bathrooms). Cozy living room and enclosed balcony with barbecue. In the children's room, there is also a good desk with a chair, if necessary for remote work. It is close to good places for walking (or several gyms), as well as a bakery, cafe and restaurants - everything is possible on foot. It has a very spacious parking space. The host responded promptly, handed over the keys and gave tips for the stay. Finally, my in-laws loved the apartment's stay and comfort. Everything was great! I recommend it!

The place is very quiet, ideal for resting and detaching from the madness of the big city. It has a wonderful swimming pool and plenty of nature. The bottom lagoon is also sensational!

Lindo studio, great location.

Hosting IS unique and exactly like in the pictures. Espaçosa, illuminated, cozy, ventilated... Very equipped kitchen. Internet worked well. Perfect house for long stays. It is in a very quiet region, with a wonderful lagoon at the back of the houses. Finally, the Kinza host is super helpful and kind. We recommend 100% and will be back for sure in a future opportunity.

IMPECCABLE is the word that best describes my stay. Everything is clean, organized, functional and cozy. The sea view is great, you can see a good part of the beach, and the breeze that blows from the sea is delightful! The accommodation manages to blend the tranquility of a secluded neighborhood with the proximity to the city center. From the stay to the city center it was about a 5-minute drive, and the nearby beaches are also easily accessible by car. The guide prepared by Giulianno was great, he managed to direct which beaches to visit and, mainly, which restaurants. The nearby beach has an access trail next to the residence, but I recommend walking a little further and going down the parallel street, especially if you are carrying beach gear.

We loved the stay! Studio exactly as pictured, new, extremely clean! Alessandro gave all the information about the stay and check-in the week before, making our arrival easy. Great location, close to the center and the beach.

Stay was very good. Very beautiful and quiet place, perfect for which you want quiet mainly because we were in the low season. The house had everything we need, it comes close to the beach of Sonho and Ponta do Paragaio. And by car is a few minutes from Pinheira de Cima which is an excellent beach and also by Guarda do Embaú. Marcelo was an excellent host, still gave us delicious treats from his parents' place (wonderful jellies) and a wine. We will definitely be back.
