Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Host was responsive and friendly! I have similar comments as other reviewers. As someone who is fully-abled and from a major city, this spot was perfect. For my 65+ year old parents, not so much. Prior to booking, it would have been helpful to know this was a 3rd floor unit without an elevator. There is no sound-proofing, so expect noise and street cleaning through the night. Lastly, check-in is actually closer to 3pm if you want a fully cleaned apartment (not 12pm as listed). Since we got off a redeye flight and couldn’t kill time beyond noon, we asked the cleaning staff to only attend to the basics.

Andrea and her assistant Lucia were absolutely great from the first message after we booked her her beautiful place to the moment we left. The place is fantastically located, beautiful, and you will truly feel immersed in a charming Italian neighborhood. Our 4 year-old son loved everything about Andrea’s place and so did we. The communication was fantastic, and both Andrea and Lucia (who checked us in) were phenomenal. We will surely be back! Grazie per tutto, Andrea! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an awesome stay! Very close to everything especially Vatican. We had 2 apts joined together as we needed 3 bedrooms and 3bathdooms. Super spacious. The bedrooms on the right side (2br2bth) were very noisy at night time though due to the proximity to the streets and cafe downstairs. 1br apt on the left was very quiet. Marzia was a great host with very fast responses. Overall I recommend it, but don’t forget earplugs.

We stayed at this apartment from January 5th to 9th, and it was an incredible experience! The location could not have been better—right in the heart of Rome, with all the major attractions just a short walk away. The Vatican, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon were easily accessible, and the surrounding neighborhood was filled with charming cafes, restaurants, and shops. On top of the unbeatable location, the apartment itself was beautifully designed. The interior had a stylish, modern aesthetic with thoughtful details that made the space feel truly special. While we spent most of our time out exploring, it was lovely to come back to such a central and cozy spot at the end of the day. Die Wohnung ist perfekt um Rom zu Fuß zu erkunden. Der HoponHopoff ist in der Nähe, sehr gute und leckere Restaurants und Eisdielen sind zu entdecken. Die Gegend ist sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist nicht weit weg vom Bahnhof, gute Anbindung zum Flughafen. Die Wohnung war sauber, der Gastgeber super freundlich und hilfbereit. Das Duschen war nur etwas unangenehm, da man nicht durchgehend warmes Wasser hatte.

We had a great family stay in Ilaria's home! We loved the artwork throughout. The living spaces were open and spacious. The one bedroom with twin beds are really sized more for children. Luckily I am short, so it worked for me. We had wine & cheese up on the rooftop terrace one evening - very nice! The location was close to many of the places in Rome we wanted to visit. We had a cozy stay. The stairs up to the apartment from the small elevator are a bit steep, but my sons were with me so they carried bags up & down. We were only 4 adults instead of 5 due to a medical emergency, so we are awaiting a refund. Ilaria said she would contact AirBnB since I wasnt able to update number of guests until we arrived.

This place is very special; you can relax in the lovely grounds and imagine yourself a million miles from the hustle and bustle of Rome. There are many varied and interesting things to do in the area, without even venturing into Rome. But what makes this accommodation so special is the hostess Maria. she is so welcoming and attentive, and obviously enjoys meeting new people. At the same time she is not intrusive, and in fact spends most of her time in Rome. The house has been in her family for generations, and has a fascinating history. Everything possible has been done to make the accommodation comfortable and enjoyable.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen – die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und jeder Zeit erreichbar. Die Villa selbst war groß, sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Besonders war der gute WLAN und die ruhige, dennoch gut angebundene Lage – nur ca. 30 Minuten von Rom entfernt. Ein echtes Highlight waren die umliegenden Restaurants, die authentisch und nicht touristisch sind – perfekt, um die italienische Küche wie die Einheimischen zu genießen. Praktisch war auch der 24-Stunden-Supermarkt, nur eine Minute mit dem Auto oder fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen – ideal für alle, die Rom erkunden möchten und dabei nicht auf Komfort und Ruhe verzichten.

Cristiano è un host disponibile in ogni aspetto del soggiorno: dal momento della prenotazione fino al momento del check-out. Molto importante il suo aiuto anche per quanto riguarda la possibilità di “appoggiarsi” ad un ristorante raggiungibile a piedi. La casa è stata perfetta per le nostre necessità: tre stanze da letto, un bagno con una bella cabina doccia e la zona giorno molto funzionale. Parcheggio gratuito a pochi metri da casa. Un punto strategico che terrò in considerazione per future visite in zona.

Cosimo is a gentleman. Even helpful with luggage. Was available throughout stay. There was plenty of nice snacking food to go with your coffee. Great little privacy nooks in and outside of the apt We had only one problem. We lost water pressure one morning for about an hour or so delaying our morning plans. All in all a great place to stay for six people. Cosimo is an excellent host.

We enjoyed a lovely week at Daniela’s country house. We were a family group of 3 couples and there was lots of space to spread out with many comfortable sitting areas. It was hot so the pool was used a lot. The town is walkable and we enjoyed going out for drinks and a meal a few times but equally enjoyed cooking at the house and eating on the terrace. A car is recommended as buses are tricky and the train station 22 mins drive away. There are lots of interesting places to visit in the area as well. Thank you Daniela for hosting us!

La casa es enorme y muy bonita. Perfecto para pasar varios días por Roma debido a su gran ubicación y tamaño. Si vienes en familia grande (Como yo con 6 personas), cuenta con todos los servicios funcionales, todas las camas fueron muy cómodas y el lugar de estacionamiento es espacioso para meter una van de buen tamaño. Giulio es uno de los anfitriones más amables con los que he tratado. Es súper amable, comunicativo y las instrucciones de entrada y salida fueron muy precisas. Definitivamente en cuanto regrese a Roma buscaré regresar a La Dolce Vita.

ciao Ragazzi siamo venuti dagli USA per la festa della mia Cittadinanza.ho portato con me amici e famiglia. ho vissuto a circa 15 minuti dalla casa nel passato quindi per me é stato come tornare a casa. Stavo cercando qualcosa di unico, un posto che si raccontasse da sola , un posto tranquillo, un posto con verde e zona da condividere come una partita di calcio ecc. i spazi sono usati benissimo, tutti comfort. Solo 35min da FCO int, e circa 25min ai parioli. c'é il trenino a 10 min circa che vi porta a piazzale flaminio , cosi non vi stressate per parcheggio ecc. c'é un ottima fraschetta locale a 6 minuti di auto, altre scelte a circa 10 min, ed un grande supermercato a 9minuti. attenzione alla strada per arrivarci di notte, 2/3min ci sono alcuni rialzi dovute alle radici dei alberi. Silvio simpaticissimo, tanto carino ma tanto riservato (il giusto, non invadente) consiglio questo posto magico, a famiglie amici e coppie, che hanno voglia di rilassarsi e divertirsi (cn rispetto)a presto

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Very friendly greating and an attentive host who was very accommodating with an early check-in. The apartment was nice and clean, well equipped and very centrally located. There is air conditioning and fans which was a nice surprise. Please note because you in the 'heart' of it all there is a a quite lot of noise (ear plugs were provided if required, and they helped very much) that goes on till late, also, with there being numerous restaurants in the square there can be a lot of cooking smells, (fried onions particularly noticeable), if you don't mind either of these things then I can highly recommended this accommodation and I would stay again. All in all we enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and had a wonderful time!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! No negative comment about anything! Veronica was wonderful and so thoughtful! Checkin and checkout was perfect! Veronica greeted us with DELICIOUS croissants , water , wine and beer in the fridge! We had everything we needed, coffee machine , plates, glasses,etc. The airbnb is in proximity to bakeries, markets, bars and the metro is a 5 mins walk from the apartment and 20 mins metro from all the historic attractions! It is a perfect, CLEAN place with an AMAZING host! Thank you again Veronica you are a sweetheart! Can’t wait to be back! ❤️

We had a lovely 6 night stay at the apartment. It is well appointed and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, love the firm mattresses. The host was very responsive and kind. We could walk to everything, didn’t need to take the metro or cabs! Lovely restaurants nearby. The alley way had some foot traffic at night and early am, but was probably quiet in relation to most other streets. The upstairs bedroom is quieter than downstairs one. Overall this was an excellent stay for a mother and daughter and we would return!

The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and a few supermarkets. The balcony was perfect for sipping coffee in the morning and relaxing after a long day sightseeing. Would definitely book again if we ever visit Rome in the future.

Bellissima e curatissima villa incuneata in un angolo di verde meraviglioso ad Anguillara Sabazia vicino al lago di Bracciano. La prima cosa veramente degna di nota è che l’ alloggio ci si è presentato davanti perfettamente come indicato nelle foto quasi che avevamo l’impressione di esserci già stati. La casa più che confortevole ed accogliente sotto tutti gli aspetti, dalla cucina alla zona notte concludendo coi servizi. Arredata con gusto, con la presenza di oggettistica nazionale ed internazionale anche di tipo musicale che infonde un gradevole sentore di vita vissuta ed apprezzata. Io e i miei familiari ci siamo trovati benissimo e questo è stato un elemento che ha contribuito parecchio alla indimenticabile riuscita del ns weekend pasquale!!! Dovessimo ricapitare da queste parti lo prenderemo senz’altro in considerazione.

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

5 Sterne, auch wenn es ein paar Anregungen gibt: wir waren zum mobilen Arbeiten mit unserer 12jährigen Tochter für 10 Tage dort. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause, die untere Etage mit Schlaf-, Wohnzimmer, Dusche/Bad/Wc ist perfekt fürs Kind mit Wunsch nach etwas Raum für sich. Küche war toll eingerichtet, generell alles sauber und die Panoramascheiben im WZ sind fantastisch, und danke für die Moskitonetze. kleine Anregungen: - im Duschraum oben hinten fangen die Fugen an zu schimmeln...jetzt kann man noch alles in den Griff bekommen - das Zimmer unten (ausgerechnet) hat kein TV. Die TV in den oberen Schlafzimmern sind defekt und der im WZ zeigt keine deutschen Sender. Wir kamen die 10 Tage ohne aus, aber es wäre schön, zumindest mal ARD/ZDF schauen zu können - das Bücherboard hat nicht ein deutsches (Jugendbuch), schade - grösstes Manko, das WLAN ist mit ca 3Mbit/0,6Mbit am optimalen Sitzplatz im WZ zu langsam um ausreichend arbeiten, geschweigedenn Filme streamen zu können...
