The place is really great! we had a great time ☺️

Everything was perfect, as described and in the photos. Clean accommodation and everything you need is available (linens, towels, coffee etc...). The trailer is well separated from the owners' accommodation, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and the garden in complete privacy. The place is very quiet and soothing, ideal for relaxing after a walk in Annecy.

A lovely home with great facilities and views. We were 5 adults and never felt in each others space. Hot tub, sauna and wood fire were a great addition too!

We had a great stay. The accommodation had everything we needed for a great vacation. We had the opportunity to enjoy a large part of the estate, which was more than welcome with our dog (he had the best vacation). Very close to Lake Paladru, we spent our time between the lake and the pool. Brigitte advised us on good restaurant tips around the lake to conclude a relaxing stay. Thanks again for everything!

Lesley was very nice. The house and the surroundings are wonderful. There's only peace and quiet. House spacious, clean, with lots of light... you can feel the love put by Lesley. Our two dogs had a great time and were able to meet the other pets in the house. Thank you so much

We stayed at Fred's place during a weekend hiking with our dog 🐶 The accommodation was very clean, the bedding very comfortable, we highly recommend this place! Small bonus, for its location, close to lots of walks. ☺️ Although we couldn't see Fred when we arrived, the phone contact was very friendly and the instructions were very accurate! Very good stay at Roberta's, large garden for dogs with direct access to the lake. Cozy place, it almost feels like home. Roberta very friendly and very available as needed. Proximity to the center of Annecy is a great plus I recommend it!

Superb stay at Dom's, the lake at the end of the garden, a stay that was too short in this superb environment! Our canoe experience with the kids was superb. Dominique was always available to ensure our comfort, even at the late hour of our arrival. We recommend it!!! 4-day stay with two children aged 6 and 12, in May.

We lived in this temporary accommodation for a month and a half while waiting to find a permanent home. The setting is idyllic and met our expectations. Close to the city center by car, walk all around and surrounded by nature. A relaxing, restful place with super nice hosts. Very responsive to requests and a friendly side. I would recommend it 100%. We spent a weekend in this superb accommodation ideally located in a beautiful green setting. The flexible arrival was very much appreciated, and the warm welcome by Philippe is to be highlighted! Very functional, charming home, beautiful exterior appreciated by our dog. We can only recommend it and would not hesitate to return if we return to the area.

We had a great time with the family at this vacation rental. The place is cozy, quiet and relaxing. We arrived in November so the activities offered in the area were rarer, which is normal but not what we were looking for. We were able to enjoy beautiful walks with the autumn colors and the tranquility of the area. We were hosted very well and our host was always available to advise us and make sure our stay went smoothly. The visit to the farm and its quirky animals was a treat for the kids. They're still talking about it. Thank you for hosting us and your recommendations.

We had a lovely weekend at Marc's with a couple of friends and their 3-year-old child. The accommodation is well arranged, well equipped, including all essentials (soap, sponges, dishwasher tablets, shower gel, sheets, towels, etc.). The fireplace with wood supply was very nice for cool evenings! Very welcoming and accommodating host! We recommend Marc and his place!

We only stayed one night, but it was perfect. Christelle was very responsive and our arrival despite the fact that it was late, it went perfectly.

Jo and Anita's house was amazing! The garden is dazzling! We spent our time enjoying the outdoors and walks starting directly from the house. The area is quiet and soothing. It's extremely well equipped for large families! Great stay! We'll be back without hesitation!

Cottage in a peaceful environment 30 minutes from the ski resorts of Margeriaz and Semnoz. Ideal for 4 people. A nearby bakery offers excellent bread and good fruit tarts. Sébastien is responsive and the instructions are very clear.
