The space has a window overlooking the park/street, on certain dates it is possible that you may hear noise from the city. The stay ONLY includes cleaning at the end of your stay. You can request cleaning at a cost per occasion. It would take place between 3 pm and 4 pm.

Excellent location, just 15 minutes from downtown, close to the main shopping centers, and a few blocks from Ciudad Universitaria, which offers a large shopping and dining area.

A nice two-story house in a private subdivision. The dining room and kitchen overlook an interior garden. It has a garage (for parking two cars or a van), fiber optic wifi and work table, equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (the main one has a full bathroom and the other two share a full bathroom). There is a half bathroom downstairs in the living room. It is located in front of the BUAP University City, with services nearby.
