Very nice, clean and well furnished apartment in a quiet location. A parking space is available on the premises. In the kitchen it has everything for cooking. The equipment of the apartment is really top. The hostess is very friendly and helpful and everything worked out wonderfully. We would come back. Thank you for a great stay.

We had a relaxing stay in this great apartment :) The garden is really beautiful! A supermarket is right around the corner. Only the neighbors in the apartment above us made some noise in the morning and if you want it dark to sleep, you should bring a sleep mask.

We enjoyed our 9-day stay in the apartment. It is centrally located in a quiet part of the island near the main town Bergen auf Rügen in a very quiet area. The city of Stralsund is easily accessible. The apartment and the big garden are well maintained and very clean. There is ample parking. Our bikes could also be stored well. We were also very hospitably and warmly received by our hosts. It was nice that there was all kinds of hiking and cycling information and information about Rügen in the apartment, even a nice wall map of Rügen.

We had a wonderful time on Rügen. The apartment is located in a very nice environment, you are super fast on the beach. We liked returning to the cozy apartment every evening after our activities.

The apartment was fantastic, especially due to the large terrace and the many windows. We lived very quietly and almost directly on the beach, the most beautiful beach on the whole of Rügen. The apartment itself was a bit noisy, otherwise there is nothing to complain about. For a beach vacation, the perfect place to relax with the family. Matthias responded quickly and we felt very comfortable. Thank you!

We were allowed to spend New Year's Eve at Charlotte's place. We felt very comfortable right from the start. The apartment is very well furnished and looks much larger in real life than in the photos. The location is great: close to beautiful Putbus but very quiet. A highlight was the children's room with a loft bed and a wide selection of children's toys and audio cassettes. We thought it was great and would be happy to come back.

We very much enjoyed this apartment! The stay is nice and spacious and has a beautiful conservatory with sea views. You can enjoy breakfast or relax after a long walk. The accommodation is perfect! Very nice clean and everything is modern. The kitchen and bathroom are also fantastic. The host was very friendly. We'd love to come back sometime to see even more beautiful things from the island!

Wow, what a beautiful apartment. Everything as described, everything you need is there, and our expectations were even exceeded. The location directly on the beautiful Wilhelmstraße is fantastic. The bedroom is at the back of the house and is very quiet. A private parking is right by the house. Check-in and check-out went smoothly via the walkable agency. And André is a courteous and pleasant host. It was really a great all-round Airbnb experience.

The house is in a very picturesque location — every day we saw hares, deer and other wild animals. Although the nearest store is about 5 km away, the nature around and the silence make your stay here special. The house was clean and comfortable enough. The only unpleasant moment occurred on the day of departure — a cleaning lady (possibly the hostess) came, who was in a bad mood and reacted rather rudely to our polite question about where to throw away the garbage. We really didn't know where the containers were, and we had to ask the neighbors. I would also like to have extra bags for sorting garbage, especially biological waste — we used our bags and wanted to throw everything away correctly. Overall, despite this incident, the impression of the stay remained good. We liked it, and the place is really worth a visit, especially for those looking for privacy and nature

A very spacious, cozy and super equipped apartment! We only stayed two nights, but that was a relaxing little break … especially impressive: the huge sofa 🙂

Although we had some trouble getting in touch to ask for the door code, we were very happy with the apartment and location. We did not receive the code on the day of our arrival — not email or phone. We were able to talk to Frau Schmidt but we didn’t speak each other’s language. We eventually figured things out and agreed that she was going to meet us at the apartment in 30 minutes to let us in but, due to very bad traffic with the bridge out, we were a bit later and she was not there. However, just as we were about to give up, the code was texted to us.

We had a really nice stay in the apartment furnished with "love". You immediately felt warmly welcome. There was really nothing missing in the small apartment. We stayed at Villa Fortuna over the Pentecost weekend and felt super comfortable when we opened the apartment door. The apartment is very clean, very modern and includes a really high standard of quality. The location is quiet, yet shops, the beach & shopping are within walking distance. Saskia, as a host, was also very friendly, helpful and reliable. We received the key code one day before arrival without having to ask questions. And for all concerns, she was always ready to help and responded very quickly. We will definitely be happy to come again! It was a really beautiful stay.

Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Had a wonderful stay at the place! The apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was quiet, but still central – supermarkets, cafes and public transport were easily accessible. The host was very friendly, easily accessible and responded quickly to any questions. The check-in was very quick and easy. I especially liked the small personal touch in the accommodation, such as fresh towels, a welcome greeting and good tips for the area. I would come back anytime and can fully recommend the property!

We spent some very nice days on site. The apartment offers everything you need, very well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, cozy furnishings and a wonderful view of the harbor. The communication and help was great. Our coffee maker was faulty. This was then immediately exchanged thanks to Christiane's willingness to help. The restaurant is highly recommended! Super nice and quiet living. Andy's apartment was very pretty and homely and everything necessary was available, although the oven and I did not become friends 😅 The construction site next door is hardly noticeable, except that the lake view is somewhat limited, but there is still the cute gazebo outside. Overall, we are super satisfied and will probably knock on Andy's again next year 😊

Everything perfect 🙌 we will definitely return in any case. Everything as described and like in the photos. An absolutely great apartment to relax and also a great choice to drive down in the cold season. The sauna is a real highlight, as is the whole other part of the apartment. Very modern and tastefully decorated and everything you need is there. Really great, we had a very relaxing and beautiful time here 😊

What a great place to stay in beautiful Greifswald. The apartment is just a few steps away from the market square, yet it is very quiet there. We felt very comfortable, everything was perfect and very clean. To welcome us, Petra spoiled us with a fruit basket - what a great gesture. Thank you very much!
