We had a great stay at Emilie & Nicolas house. They gave easy instructions for getting into the property and tips about local amenities prior to staying. The home is in a lovely area with bakeries & shops and a train station nearby which got you quickly into the centre of Paris. Having the secure parking space is also a great addition. The home felt welcoming and having 3 single beds in one room for our 3 children was great. We would definitely recommend and stay again

We stayed for a weekend between couples of friends and children. The accommodation is very well equipped, rather well located (several bus lines and shops nearby) , Olivier was very accommodating. Very good experience

I chose this apartment to spend a night due to its proximity to the airport, so we didn't spend many hours. A quiet area, correct autonomous entrance. Enough to spend a few days there.

I just spent a week in the accommodation, I was welcomed by Axelle's dad, sociable, warm smile and very clear on the instructions, the small house was clean and well equipped, the inner courtyard is a + as well as the location to park your vehicle. I would highly recommend this property. I don't understand the two negative reviews out of 57 at all, I think these people are really in a bad mood. Many thanks Axelle for this exceptional property at a reasonable price.

Perfect accommodation, perfect host, perfect location. We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids (4 +2) we found the accommodation to be the perfect size, the pool and garden were beautiful and perfect for us. Francois is a lovely host, so welcoming and friendly, helped give advise when we needed. And we were just a 10 minute drive to disney which was amazing as we had a 2 day pass. Will definitely visit again!

Beatrice and Pia were wonderful hosts. The house was perfectly equipped for a family trip to Versailles. The house is centrally located and a picturesque cottage with a gorgeous fenced garden and private parking spot. Visitors should know that the alleyway the house is on is very narrow and can be difficult to navigate with larger vehicles, but that lends to the old French charm.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. Loved our stay at Anne and Jean-Luc's. Their place was warm and inviting and a great location for exploring Paris. We loved the markets, bakery and cafe at the end of the block as well.

Hi, We had a great time with the family. The setting is very quiet The value is really interesting, especially since everything is privatized. The house was clean and easy to clean before we left. We took full advantage of the aquatic area, a real plus! And the garden, with the chickens and goats, everyone really enjoyed it!

This is such a beautiful home. We really enjoyed our stay in Paris. The children loved the games room and the pool. The living space and bedrooms are really comfortable and the cat is super-friendly. It was an easy walk to the RER station whenever we wanted to go into central Paris. It was wonderful to have such a relaxing space to come back to after a long day out. Booking and check in were very straightforward. Christian provided all the information we needed then we were met on arrival and shown around. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Can’t recommend Emilie’s place enough. It’s such a wonderful place to stay in Paris. The neighborhood is quiet but there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and activities. The metro to all of the sites (Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, etc.) is a 3-4 min walk, but here you’ll find the best of Paris at the most reasonable prices. If you’re a seasoned traveler like my partner and myself, you’re looking to avoid tourist trap areas. Emilie’s place is the perfect way to experience Paris as a local and a visitor. Emilie is also an exceptionally kind and responsive host. Don’t hesitate, just book!

Hela's place was tidy, well-stocked, clean and spacious. The place is ideal for a family with children. In addition to everything that can be useful, there are games for children in the apartment and in the garden that offer an extra touch to a family stay. The area is residential and quiet but not too far from the station. Absolutely recommended.

Very well arranged and equipped apartment for 6! Convenient location, very easy to access parking space. Very friendly and available hosts! We had a great time and would definitely stay again!
