I felt so privileged to have such a gorgeous apartment right in the centre of the city and easily walkable to everywhere I needed to be. The apartment was spotless, full of light and airy with a perfect little kitchen, gorgeous big bathroom and cosy bedroom. I had everything I needed and was especially grateful for the 3 pin adapter/cable. As a single woman staying alone I was really happy to have a secure gate I could lock as well as a bolt on the door. Dario was so helpful, staying in contact, providing precise directions and having no problem letting me in the minute I arrived even though I was a little later than expected.

The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. Gianluca is an impeccable host, from check-in to check-out, he is always present if you need him. The only difference compared to the listing is that the parking space is NOT inside the courtyard but is available (you can find it if you look well at the right times) on Via Pola. This discrepancy was immediately explained to me very kindly by Mr. Giancluca because there is NO way, on how the Airbnb site is set up, to enter the existing parking option if not choosing the internal option. Anyway, fabulous location because you are in the center, next to the station, next to both promenades (north and south of Civitanova) and the free beaches available in addition to the numerous clubs and bathrooms. Highly recommended. P.S. Must: breakfast on the balcony facing east.

We spent very pleasant days and we had a great time in the apartment that is cozy, well equipped and spacious. Photos and description correspond to reality. Davide is very kind and responsive. The location is perfect to get to know this beautiful area of Italy, which is a perfect mix of art and nature. Absolutely recommended!

It was my second stay at "le farfalle". It is a wonderful place, waking up in the morning and have a coffee looking out at the beautiful surroundings is the best way to start your day.. I stayed at this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the heart of the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the rooftops of the historic center — really impressive! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to get around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything you can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very nice place to relax with family, full of board games for children of all ages and plenty of books, also outdoor games, cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is great (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama on Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great time, thanks to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this perfect b&b for a family

clean and cozy home just a few kilometers from Urbino. Ideal for a stay with friends because the spaces are really large. The gem is the fireplace that Angelo kindly left on for us on our arrival. Highly recommended!

Where to start, I'd start by saying first of all that it was a resounding experience. Danilo immediately made us feel at home at the reception, presenting himself as a polite and easy-going person; it was very nice to exchange words with him! Moving on to talk about the accommodation, I would use a single adjective, INCREDIBLE. This is because it exceeded all our expectations: Impeccable cleanliness, equipped with every accessory (without exaggerating), the outdoor area is literally the icing on the cake. We stayed 2 nights and it was enough for us to fully understand how much attention to detail is behind it. In conclusion, I can say that this accommodation will remain the first choice if there is an opportunity to return to the area for a few days and I will recommend it to anyone.

Claudia's place was very clean and pristine. The sunset and harbor views were wonderful and Claudia was so nice to pick us up at the train station. There is also a bus stop very near. We slept great in her cozy, comfortable bedroom. As in her pictures, there are a lot of steps if that is a concern for you. We would stay here again. Thanks for everything, Claudia!

Nicla's apartment was pristine with every amenity we needed. We were able to use washing machine & dryer which was a great help. In a perfect location in Ancona, close everything. Nicla was a very kind host who met us at the apartment and explained everything (was very patient as our train was over an hour late). Would highly recommend

Excellent and rapid Whats App communication. - right on the edge of Centro storico so can walk everywhere - extremely quiet as it faces interior courtyard, never hear anything from other units or outside - modern apt with comfortable bed, lots of closet space and spacious shower - 2 TVs, one in each room - lights have remote control dimmers - Cooking facilities excellent - Nescace Dolce Gusto coffee machine with lots of pods provided CONs: - no microwave - parking around apt is 3 Euros per hour 8-22h - closest free parking 750m away which is 12 min walking incl lots of stairs - no elevator but only 25 steps up to apt - apt not overly bright - no bath towels just bath robes - if going in mid-summer, not sure place would be cool enough (only 1 vent)

Fantastic place to stay in Pesaro! Apartment was clean, tidy, matches photos and was well presented with all the amenities I needed. Was a very pleasant stay. Oscar was very friendly and responsive and helped me find the place and also gave some tips on local sights to see. Would happily stay here again!

Christina’s place is a great base for exploring Perugia and Christina was very responsive to our requests and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby but it’s not a noisy area at all.
