Just wonderful. Fabio is a warm and chill host, the house is huge and clean. We felt comfortable and had shops, the beach and a nice neighborhood right next to us. Close to Rimini as well if you come by car (big garage). I have nothing other to say other than perfect! Thank you again Fabio for everything :) <3

Il nostro soggiorno è stato decisamente soddisfacente. La casa di Cinzia è molto grande con delle camere ampie e comode e una cucina spaziosa e ben fornita. Lo spazio esterno è davvero bello peccato non averlo potuto sfruttare al massimo vista la stagione invernale. Cinzia e suo marito sono stati gentili e disponibili. Più che raccomandato.

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

Our stay at this medieval castle was truly unforgettable. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to help us when our car had mechanical issues. The back terrace offered breathtaking views, and the serenity of the location made it the perfect retreat, far from any hustle and bustle. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Living in a medieval castle was an incomparable experience, and we loved the friendly visits from Pepita, the dog. The only minor inconvenience was the limited hot water supply for six people, but it didn't overshadow our wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

this place is really a hidden gem. it's on the top of a mountain, very private, very quiet. the house itself is very clean, very well equiped and even better then in the pictures. if you are looking for rest, peace and quiet, go there. the pool, the garden, the terasses, are perfect. Also valentina and family are extremely friendly and fast to help with anything. would definitly recomend

A gorgeous villa surrounded by nature just outside the heart of Perugia. We stayed here for 6 nights, and Giuseppe made us feel right at home. He is super friendly, kind, helpful and had lots of local tips on where to eat, stay and what to do. Giuseppe’s villa is very beautiful decorated, and we enjoyed watching the sunset with a glass of wine every evening. Warmly recommend this place!

Un havre de paix. Superbe maison divisée en quelques appartements sur un terrain entièrement clos. De nombreux jeux sont prévus sur place pour les enfants (fléchettes, baby-foot, table de ping-pong, multitude d'accessoires pour la piscine) sans oublier les hamacs et autres commodités extérieures. La piscine est très agréable et parée d'un jacuzzi. Le logement est très propre et très fonctionnel pour 2 à 3 personnes. La communication avec Paola est très simple. Un guide des environs et ses nombreuses recommandations facilitent les premiers pas dans la région. Une vraie et belle expérience touristique. Merci mille fois.

Gabriel byl velmi dobrým hostitelem. I přes náš problém, kdy nám byl ukraden klíč nám velmi pohotově pomohl. Jsme mu za to moc vděční. Kuchyň dobře vybavená a byli jsme mile překvapeni základními potravinami: cukr, sůl, ocet, olivový olej, káva.

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

De omschrijving klopt precies bij het huis. Heel veel privacy. Fantastisch uitzicht. Heel schoon en erg vriendelijke host. Bij aankomst hartelijk welkom geheten en een duidelijke uitleg. Er zijn twee echte boekjes gemaakt met tips om te doen in de omgeving. Verder is de private chef een echte aanrader. Super lekker gegeten en een hoop geleerd over de Italiaanse keuken. Geduld met koken is het toverwoord. Eenvoudig, maar o zo lekker. Luca is een heel vriendelijke chef. Het huis is heel gezellig ingericht met alle voorzieningen. We hebben (mede door het hele mooie weer) heerlijk kunnen genieten van de tuin en het zwembad. Ondanks de tijd van het jaar en watertemperatuur 18 graden, hebben we regelmatig rond het zwembad gezeten en heerlijk kunnen borrelen en zwemmen. We kunnen niet wachten om weer te gaan. Adalberto molto preciso molto chiaro nelle istruzioni foto realistiche molto chiare check in e check out molto semplici e veloci. Noi abbiamo optato per il parcheggio quello a pagamento al coperto…a meno di 5 minuti dall’abitazione. Loft in centro a 30 secondi dalla piazza principale soggiorno in generale molto bello ripetibile e consigliabile. In finale direi che Adalberto è stato perfetto molto proattivo quando gli ho scritto ha sempre risposto nell’arco di qualche minuto

wunderschöne Wohnung, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, traumhafte Lage, man hat das Cetrum von Assisi fast für sich alleine und bis zum Basilika San Francesco mit seine abendliche kostenlose Conserten ist es nur ein Steinwurf. Auch die Anfahrt mit dem Auto, die Gebührenfreie Parkplätze, und den Weg zur Wohnung, war Dank der sehr gute Beschreibung von Fernandino kein Problem, trotz unsere vielen Koffer und unser Alter von 63 Jahren, war es gut zu schaffen. Wir haben die Tagen rundum genossen und werden wieder kommen. Liebe Grüße Monika und Carolus

sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage direkt im Ortskern.Etwa 10 min.zum Strand.Gut klimatisiert und durch die neuen isolierten Fenster auch ruhig in der Wohnung.Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet eas msn braucht,sogar kaffe Sonnenschirme und Strandtücher waren vorhanden.Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Beschreibung der Umgebung.Danke den Gastgebern.

We rented an apartment for 5 people in this house. The house and the surroundings are beautiful, it was very clean inside and everything smelled like lavender (you could tell the host wanted to make us feel very welcome :) ). Beautiful and well-maintained interior – everything looked just like in the photos.

Ein Juwel von einem Haus, tolle Architektur, viel Charme, viel Raum und ein sehr guter Groove - hier könnte man auch dauerhaft leben. Vielen herzlichen Dank, dass wir eure Gäste sein durften.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Man hat dort alles was man benötigt. Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber und klimatisiert. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön eingerichtet. Es ist sehr abgelegen, weshalb man zum nächst größeren Supermarkt einige Minuten fahren muss. Dafür ist es aber sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und die Eltern von ihnen auch. Sie haben einen super lieben Hund, der bei Bedarf aber auch nicht in den Hof gelassen wird. Es wird super viel Rücksicht auf die Gäste genommen und es wurde mehrfach sicher gegangen, dass uns nichts fehlt.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 13 Personen – mit und ohne Beeinträchtigung, einer Einrichtung aus der Schweiz– und durften unseren diesjährigen Osterurlaub in Ihrem Haus verbringen. Sowohl das Haus selbst als auch die Umgebung haben uns begeistert, aber ganz besonders möchten wir den herzlichen und offenen Kontakt zu Ihnen hervorheben. Wir unternehmen jedes Jahr um diese Zeit eine gemeinsame Reise und haben schon viele schöne Unterkünfte erlebt – doch selten hat ein Haus so perfekt zu uns als Gruppe gepasst wie Ihres. Wir möchten uns von Herzen für die wunderbare Zeit bedanken, die wir bei Ihnen verbringen durften. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, und wir sind uns einig: Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Diese Unterkunft war einfach schön! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir unglaublich herzlich empfangen – die Gastgeber sind nicht nur freundlich, sondern wirklich warmherzig und hilfsbereit. Man spürt sofort, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Die Lage ist wunderschön – ruhig, naturnah und ideal zum Entspannen. Wer Erholung in einer idyllischen Umgebung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die auf der Suche nach einer besonderen Unterkunft mit dem gewissen Etwas sind!

Nothing but positive things to say about our beautiful stay at Susan and Salvatore’s slice of heaven. The most stunning panoramic views of the lake and countryside. Something straight out of Pinterest or a magazine :) They were always super responsive and more than happy to help with local recommendations. It’s a great base to explore Umbria and Tuscany by car as it’s basically on the border to both. We would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks again for a beautiful stay :)
