Amo La Sicilia!! The perfect apartment, for a perfect holiday. The location was spot on - just off Via Etnea; a few minutes walk from the sights of the city, supermarkets and a tube station (one stop from the train & bus station hub). The apartment itself was lovely and worked well for our family (young children) despite all the steps! Clean, not cluttered but nicely furnished and decorated and well stocked for self-catering. Neighbourhood was lively in an evening, lots of bars and restaurants, but it didn't impact our stay at all. Final shout out to Marco our check in and out host, who was friendly, polite, flexible and very helpful. Really appreciated his warm approach and communication. Would certainly recommend this apartment and host for people thinking about staying in Catania. Thank you for making our Sicilian holiday a family experience we won't ever forget!

Attilio heeft werkelijk voor alles gezorgd in dit smaakvol ingericht appartement. Je komt hier niets tekort, volledig ingerichte keuken, wasmachine, usb-kabels voor het opladen van alle apparatuur, droogrek op het terras,. Het appartement ligt op het gelijkvloers, heeft een heel groot terras met een prachtig uitzicht op de zee, twee ruime slaapkamers met elk een eigen badkamer. Ondergronds is er een garage. Wij kwamen aan op een feestdag waardoor het ’s avonds lawaaierig op straat was. Maar door het sluiten van de ramen en rolluiken werd het geluid goed gedempt. De kleine attenties (fles water in de koelkast, snoepjes en knabbels, koffiepads, zeep voor de wasmachine, shampoo en zeep in de badkamers) en de vele tips maken van Attilio een perfecte gastheer. Dit is een echte aanrader!!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were about a 5-6 minute walk to the center of Taormina with TONS of restaurants , shopping and near everything . He suggested we try his family owned restaurant and it was wonderful . We went twice and brought new friends we had just met. He helped order us a ride to the train station and always was responsive . Highly recommended staying there

Donatello’s flat is unique and stylish with spacious and beautifully arranged rooms. The terrace is a good place to sit and eat. The area has a very good vibe, the noise is all positive; mainly people having a good time in the restaurants and bars which are around. Some music too. There are food shops nearby. The kitchen is personal and contains things you might need immediately - suggest getting to the fish market early in the morning to buy some really fresh fish and to keep the local trades going. For visiting the city, this apartment is in the old part of town. Walk the streets and have a good time!

Appartamento in zona centrale, comodo per spostarsi a piedi e visitare alcune delle zone più belle della città. Molto luminoso e colorato con tutto il necessario. Ottima qualità delle finestre che permettono di limitare i rumori esterni pur stando stando in centro città. Host Alessandra (e la mamma!) molto reattiva e sempre disponibile! 😀

We absolutely loved our 6 nights staying here. The place was great for so many reasons. The Location- easy walk to all the main attractions, to the local markets, to restaurants, and much more. The Apartment- has everything you need- kitchen, nice bathroom, big bedroom, balcony, courtyard, beautiful marble stairs coming into the building. Communication- we were met at the door, were given help carrying our luggage up the few stairs, shown around the space, given recommendations, and all questions through AirBnb were answered quickly. We would absolutely stay here again. One note- there was a little street noise at night- this is Catania Centro, so not unexpected. This did not bother my husband at all- I'm a light sleeper and used ear plugs and had no issues getting good sleep. Highly recommend!

We have been using Airbnb for many years now, so when we meet very good hosts we recognise them straight away. Agatino is naturally able to make you feel welcome, the villa is very elegant and the garden is very well maintained with a very nice view of the vignard. Nothing was missing inside the house and we actually didn’t know that breakfast was included, so a nice bonus. In other words we only stayed two nights but we wish we had stayed longer.I hope we will have a chance to come back again.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het huis is erg comfortabel, en de tuin is prachtig. Onze kinderen hebben heerlijk in de tuin en zwembad kunnen spelen. Als je een beetje buiten de toeristische hectiek wilt zitten, en toch alle voorzieningen binnen handbereik wilt hebben dan is dit ideaal. We willen graag terug komen.

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich toll. Die Wohnung ist super, sehr sauber, toll gelegen. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Demetra war immer direkt zu erreichen. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft herzlich weiter! Dankeschön, Demetra!

Appartamento ampio e ben immobiliato. Pulizia impeccabile e host molto reattivo e cordiale. Quartiere carino, non troppo centrale ma ben collegato, tranquillo e ricco di opzioni se non si vuole arrivare in centro per un aperitivo/cena. Rapporto qualità-prezzo assolutamente conveniente. Consigliatissimo.

Exceptional in every way. The house is beautiful, the patio and pool are fantastic and the views are stunning. Davide is a lovely host, friendly, kind and very helpful. The house has everything you need and is spotlessly clean. It's also a great base from which to explore the surrounding area. I would recommend Etna, Taormina, Ortigia and Aci Castello.

Geweldig verblijf midden in het centrum maar toch in alle rust. Parkeergarage waar je d'r auto kwijt kan (20 euro per dag maar meer dan waard). Super vriendelijke mensen die je warm welkom heten en altijd via de telefoon bereikbaar zijn. Het verblijf is perfect voor 2 personen. Superschoon en een heerlijk bed. Fijn dat je ook een terras hebt. Wij hebben echt genoten en raden iedereen dit appartement. Zo leuk om het huis uit te stappen en midden in het centrum te zitten zonder dat je dit merkt, doordat locatie rustig en privé is. bedankt!

Gabriella est très sympathique et très bonne communication. le logement est très bien, parfait à 4. très propre et bien aménagé.

My group of 6 had a wonderful stay! Antonino was a wonderful host, setting us up with early check in as we arrived from the airport, and was responsive to any questions we had about the house. The location is incredible (the photos don't do it justice-waking up to the volcano and/or the ocean waves, balconies off of every bedroom, steps from the sea, really gorgeous!) The kitchen has everything you need for coffee, cooking in, etc, and the neighborhood has great local spots for drinks, dinner, and small grocery shops. Two of the bedrooms have detachable twin sets that you can use together or separate, but I'd recommend reaching out in advance based on your group if you need them separated. We traveled to/from the train in Riposto for day trips which is very walkable along the coastline. If you're looking for a less touristy, more authentic neighborhood to stay in, this is definitely the spot.

What a great stay and lovely family! The apartment is perfect, convenient, clean and well located. Giorgia and Mattia checked on all our needs and are so thoughtful and kind. Their mom greeted us for check-in and was super helpful; beautiful person!! We would recommend, wonderful experience.

Danilo's apartment is a great place to stay in Catania. He has it decorated beautifully with arts and books; it is spacious and clean. The air conditioning is very cool in the bedrooms. Danilo is super responsive and helpful with all the questions we had. He helped us find a taxi for the morning of our departure instead of having to find the bus. Thank you!

Le logement proposé par Giuseppina est totalement conforme à sa description et aux photos. Restauré avec beaucoup de goût et d’intention, cet ABNB est très plaisant. L’appartement est très bien aménagé et confortable, la climatisation en haut ( chambre ) et en bas ( pièce à vivre) est bien évidemment un plus avec des températures estivales ( plus de 30 degrés quand nous y étions). L’emplacement parfait permet de faire énormément à pied, tant dans la découverte de la ville que pour les très nombreux restaurants à proximité. En bref, un choix idéal au centre de Catane, d’autant que les contacts avec Giuseppina ont été faciles, très réactifs et chaleureux.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt als Familie in der Unterkunft von Emanuela. Sie ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und sie hatte mir paar Wochen vor Reiseantritt Informationen und Empfehlungen über Catania zugeschickt. Ihre Wohnung ist groß und sehr sauber. Wir hatten alles was wir gebraucht haben und ich kann es sehr empfehlen. Die Wohnung und Standort ist perfekt für Familien wie auch Freunde.

This place was completely as advertised! Small but with everything you need and more. (I also mentioned that I would have paid more for such a nice place!) It was spotlessly clean and while we didn't actually use the jacuzzi, it was nice knowing that we could have at any time. It was very quiet and on the ground floor so easily accessible. Netflix was also included which is always a bonus for a stay in a foreign land 😁. We also went to a restaurant literally 1 min walk away called Re Carlo V (twice) and had fantastic food although it would not be considered a 'nice' restaurant but it was extremely convenient.

Beautiful apartment, very clean with modern furnishings and everything felt new. The air con was the super quiet, you would never know it was on! Emanuele was the best host we have ever experienced and great with local info and restaurant recommendations as well as being so helpful and accommodating. The apartment was very central with lots of choice of bars and restaurants just a few minutes away - Italinicius has the best pizza we have ever tasted and worth a visit. Also La Cambusa has excellent food in a beautiful setting on the beach. The bus service is good although we walked along to the train station for a few early morning trains to Messina & Syracuse (its about a 25 minute walk from the apartment). We stayed here for 2 weeks and can highly recommend Emanuele's apartment for great amenities and the central location. 100% 5 stars!

El apartamento es tal como se muestra en las fotos. Las camas son cómodas, al igual que las almohadas, y el baño es amplio, con dos lavabos, lo cual resulta muy práctico. La ubicación es excelente: está cerca del centro de Catania y a solo 10 minutos caminando de la estación de tren y autobuses. Además, Diego ha sido siempre muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. ¡Un trato de 10!
