We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

Free parking in front of the house. Long term renters are welcome! Rent is discounted staggered at 1 week/4weeks.

It is newly renovated, cozy and comfortably furnished. A separate entrance is available. Parking is available nearby within walking distance; temporarily - subject to availability - also on the property.

Our Tiny Loft is located in South Hessian Ried, Trebur, Hessenaue, right next to a horse farm. The district of Hessenaue is still agricultural and is a paradise for horse lovers. On many farms you can still buy directly from the producer. Trebur is located in the city triangle of Darmstadt, Mainz, Wiesbaden, the Rhine is 2 km away. Swimming lakes invite you to swim in summer. If you like to ride a bike, you can use the well-developed bicycle network.

In a quiet and central location of Eltville (a few minutes' walk to the old town or to the Rhine), the apartment (equipped with shower/toilet, small kitchen, TV) for up to two people with its separate entrance and a small terrace (for an outdoor breakfast or for a lunch/afternoon/evening drink) offers the ideal starting point for an extended weekend in the Rheingau.

The charming house has a small terrace for morning breakfast or evening wine. The small entrance area is connected to the living room, kitchen and shower room. A wooden staircase leads to the two bedrooms. When occupied by 4 people, there is another bathroom.

Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard. Charging station at the front door. Lots of leisure activities.
