Welcome to my bright 100 m² apartment with balcony and large garden! Enjoy the garden with barbecue (by arrangement, fee) and the balcony with bench. The fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine invites you to cook. In the living room you will find a sofa bed, in the bedroom a 90 cm bed and plenty of storage space. Two bathrooms, washing machine, parking, quiet location near the city forest, playground and shopping. Perfect for working and relaxing!

The apartment in the basement is located in the district of Geinsheim with short distances to the A 60 highway (approx. 10 km), Frankfurt am Main airport (approx. 25 km) as well as a Rhine ferry (5 km) and is ideal for excursions in South Hesse, the Bergstraße and Rhine Hesse. It is newly renovated, cozy and comfortably furnished. A separate entrance is available. Parking is available nearby within walking distance; temporarily - subject to availability - also on the property.

On about 45 square meters, it is time to arrive, sit back and relax. You will stay in the heart of Rheinhessen in beautiful Harxheim - a pretty vineyard village at the gates of Mainz. The apartment is part of our single-family home, has a separate entrance and a private parking space right by the house. We renovated our basement apartment in 2020 and refurbished it with a lot of love for detail. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.

Our Tiny Loft is located in South Hessian Ried, Trebur, Hessenaue, right next to a horse farm. The district of Hessenaue is still agricultural and is a paradise for horse lovers. On many farms you can still buy directly from the producer. Trebur is located in the city triangle of Darmstadt, Mainz, Wiesbaden, the Rhine is 2 km away. Swimming lakes invite you to swim in summer. If you like to ride a bike, you can use the well-developed bicycle network.

Nackenheim is located on the Rhine about 10 km from Mainz surrounded by vineyards. You can get on the expressway/highway towards Frankfurt or Koblenz. In the suburb there are shops, bakeries, pharmacy, bank, as well as bus and train that are within walking distance. Indoor playgrounds are 2 km or 5 km away. Towels are included. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard. Charging station at the front door. Lots of leisure activities.

Nierstein: At home among vineyards and the Rhine

"Nierstein is like vacation" say all guests who have visited this beautiful little town from other parts of Germany. Your room with a spacious bathroom, spacious hallway and the possibility to prepare breakfast is located on the outskirts of Nierstein, directly next to the vineyards overlooking the Rhine. The train station is about 8 minutes, to Nierstein market square with the many nice restaurants and wineries about 15 minutes.
