I stayed in Mascia's house for 5 days, it was like being at home. The apartment is large, comfortable, warm, and it was delivered very clean. The condo is quiet. Mascia is a very helpful and welcoming person, the stay was perfect. I recommend it.

Spacious and light apartment with awesome sea views 😍 Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well equipped. Within walking distance of Intavolata beach - very steep hill but the stairs make it somewhat easier, and definitely worth the walk! We can recommend driving to Cetraro for bars and the Agape restaurant. All the people in the area are super friendly, the mountains in the Northern Calabria region are beautiful and calm, but still some interesting places to be visited (deserted villages, some of the Borghi piu belli d'Italia, mountain walks). Anna was a superb host who really went out her way to help us, show us around and make us feel a part of the family. The apartment was extremely well appointed and Anna had generously supplied snacks, breakfast items, bottled water. coffee pods and even beer. We were given tours of the town (Anna is a legendary driver) and got meet her lovely family. This was really a special experience and Pisticci has a great deal to offer. The apartment is ideally located in the centre of the old town. We also enjoyed meeting Antonio and their beautiful daughters. Highly recommended.

An unparalleled and unforgettable experience… We loved every detail of the apartment. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was the most interesting I have ever seen (with tall glass panels). Giovanni was very helpful answering all our questions. Oh and the floors were beautiful as well. It’s like stepping back in time which for me is very special! (thank you for the oranges, coffee, and cake)…..

i spent a week in the accommodation in October for work. It is possible to go by the sea in 5"on foot and jog along the avenue along the sea. The water is very clean, you can also swim even if this is not the perfect place. After work, it was very pleasant.

We have been guests of Giulio on other occasions and we will certainly book again. We highly recommend this very quiet, well-furnished and comfortable structure. A special thanks to Giulio who was always very kind and helpful in welcoming us even with some flexibility in arrival times.

Francesco is a host who is always available, his apartment is comfortable and very close to the sea, definitely a great place to live in the heart of Schiavonea!

Located in a quiet area with easy access and parking available (both in front of the apartment and nearby). The location is really strategic and convenient. The apartment was impeccable, very functional in use, as it is spacious and with everything you need. Some details in the decor also make it rediscover during the decor itself. The sun in the morning doesn't bother you about how it's oriented and always looks cool, the air conditioner has turned out to be more of a convenience than a need, at least in the summer. Large and comfortable bed, TV with sofa, a comfortable padded chest of drawers and the bathroom is very functional, modern and with the right spaces, including anti-bathroom. Although it is blind, the modern system makes it really well ventilated. The host was always kind and followed us even in the most special requests, and was also very helpful at check-in/check-out, she fully expressed the friendly character of the place. Breakfast is arranged with a great pastry shop nearby. We also spotted a few local cats for lovers. We were really happy with the stay and recommend it as a foothold for nearby trips or even as a home to enjoy the place in relaxation.

We stayed with two adults and a little girl for 7 days. The house was as shown in the photo and description, clean and complete with all the comforts. Carmine left us the refrigerator full of fruit and everything we needed for breakfast. From the balcony you have a beautiful view and the village is cozy. Parking is always within walking distance of the house. I recommend it

Basilicata is a beautiful region, full of charm. Barbara, our host, guided us in choosing the places to visit that went beyond the classic archaeological sites of which Magna Grecia is rich. This has allowed us to learn more about the Lucanian culture and we are very satisfied with it. The apartment is very clean (and I am a clean maniac) and equipped with all the comforts, made the stay even more pleasant. The presence of the large and well-maintained pool refreshed our afternoons returning from the sea in the hottest hours and then resuming our exits in the evening. We're very happy!

Romantic old property, close good restaurant

Great location to visit the Ionian coast of the Basilica and also to quickly reach places in Puglia and Calabria. Apartment cared for and equipped with all the essential services including the washing machine, useful for long stays. Vito Antonio was very kind, also giving us valuable tips for local restaurants. Bikes are also present but they are shared with a second accommodation so they may not always be available.

Perfect, just perfect! The house is beautiful, clean, well equipped and very close to the beach. Plus, Daniela is great, available and always smiling, she went out of her way to help us!!! Highly recommended!!!

Small paradise in the heart of Basilicata. Absolute relaxation in nature. You could spend your entire vacation in this place. Very welcoming and helpful owners. You can taste and buy excellent wines produced by them. A 20-minute drive away are free sandy beaches with clear sea. In Montalbano Jonico you can savor real local life. Farm to return to with the whole family!

It was very pleasant to stay in this beautiful property, in a charming place at the foot of Parco del Pollino and a few kilometers from the sea. Thanks to Antonella for letting us know something of a fascinating culture like Arbëreshë. We really enjoyed breakfast at a large common table, chatting with her and other guests, her kindness and availability.

The Masseria Ulisse and Calipso is located on the hill, but at the same time it is very close to the sea( 5 minutes by car). It enjoys a beautiful view of the sea, in the morning when you wake up the only sound you will hear will be the birds, you feel completely immersed in nature. The place was clean, tastefully furnished, and had everything you need. Mrs. Anna was a kind, polite and never intrusive person, she was very helpful right away. Always attentive to our needs and also to those of our dog (you can see that she loves animals).. she has not imposed any limits on her freedom of exploration, clearly always respecting other guests! As soon as we arrived, he delighted us with a very good dessert and typical products...Our experience was very positive. If you're looking for total relaxation, this is the place!!! Beautiful and well-kept structure, wonderful sea, and the owner is definitely an added value!!! We will definitely be back!!!
