Avevo già prenotato qualche tempo fa l'appartamento per i miei genitori, che si erano trovati molto bene. Questa volta ho avuto l'opportunità di soggiornarvi personalmente insieme alle mie sorelle e alla mia ragazza, e posso confermare l'ottima impressione che avevano avuto i miei genitori. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, e la posizione è perfetta: vista magnifica e un luogo tranquillo e rilassante. Super raccomandato!

We stayed at Francesca‘s place for the holidays. Veronica, the local guest coordinator, was there to welcome me and my dogs and was available for any questions I had. I was surprised by the size of the apartment as it was a lot bigger than I expected. We had a good time for our holiday getaway to disconnect. I am sure this place is even more amazing for summer holidays. Definitely recommend.

Posto incantevole , mare stupendo , con accesso ad una spiaggetta di sassolini quasi ad uso privato , Amelia e Gaetano ci hanno accolti come si accoglie una persona di famiglia , dandoci tutte le indicazioni necessarie oer trascorrere nel miglior modo la nostra vacanza , cordiali e mai invasivi , ci ritorneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno

Francesco è un host sempre disponibile il suo appartamento è confortevole e vicinissimo al mare, sicuramente un ottimo posto per vivere a piena Schiavonea !

Het appartement van Karolina was helemaal nieuw en smaakvol ingericht. Het was van alle gemakken voorzien. De locatie van het appartement was ook goed: vlakbij het oude stadje en met uitzicht op zee. De communicatie met Karoline verliep prettig. Dank voor het verblijf in je fijne appartement, Karolina!

Due to a DIFFERENT rental not meeting our expectations, we had to find somewhere close by to stay for the night. We stumbled upon Cosimo's rental and were so glad we did! He was very quick to respond to our message and accommodated us with Very Short notice (30 mins!). Cosimo and his son met us at the apartment. They were welcoming and very polite. The apartment was Very Clean and Comfortable. Everything was Well Stocked (coffee, water, spices, toiletries, towels, kitchenware, etc.). We found street parking right in front of the apartment, which was set back a little from the street. The area seemed very authentic, with neighbors greeting and visiting each other and an outside mass being held around the corner. We didn't spend much time exploring, as it was late and we were only staying one night, but did walk one block to the beach to enjoy a beautiful sunset!

Appartamento in posizione centrale, come nuovo con ottimi infissi e un bel terrazzo. Teresa ha risposto positivamente alle nostre richieste (cuscini più bassi e indicazioni dettagliate su smaltimento rifiuti). Spiaggia e pineta a poche centinaia di metri.

El apartamento es muy limpio y grande, está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, ideal para descansar y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Sus paisajes y vistas a la montaña son lo más característico de la ubicación. Lo único que agregaría para que tenga un plus es que tuviera wifi que posibilite trabajar, el resto lo recomiendo. Volvería a ir. Destaco la amabilidad con la que nos recibieron y la atención por parte de Paolo y la madre

Una esperienza sublime! Location centrale, ben arredata, ampia e spaziosa. Host preciso e gentile (ci ha regalato un cesto di fragole fresche appena colte)! Ci tornerei sicuramente!

Logement agréable, hôte accueillant et réactif. Environnement un peu bruyant, avec la voie ferrée non loin, mais le logement est bien placé pour pouvoir rayonner dans les environs. Je recommande !

L’appartamento è bello e funzionale, vicinissimo al centro. Pino (il padre di Ivan) ci ha accolto con grande cortesia, ci ha anche regalato 4 uova del contadino, e poi ci ha dato consigli su dove mangiare. Il paese è molto bello e tranquillo. Senz’altro da consigliare.

Great spotz and such a graceful host. very welcoming, went above and beyond to exceed expectations. The apartment is very spacious in contrast to nearby hotels. The location is spot on. Close to shopping area and old city. I had a wonderful experience with Giuseppe.

This is a very beautiful, top floor, private space with a lovely view from the patio. Bruna and her daughter were wonderful hosts, making sure we had all the basics as well as breakfast and beverages. They prepared recommendations of nearby restaurants and it turns out the restaurant suggested "A Cantina Cosentina" was our favorite meal of the trip. There is an electric gate for the parking area and we felt very secure. There are 3 rooms, each with its own private bathroom and shower. One of the many extras that we really enjoyed.… Bruna encouraged us to pick lemons from the tree downstairs. It was the freshest and sweetest lemonade ever! We would highly recommend Bruna's place if you need a nice place to stay in the Cosenza area.

An unparalleled and unforgettable experience… We loved every detail of the apartment. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was the most interesting I have ever seen (with tall glass panels). Giovanni was very helpful answering all our questions. Oh and the floors were beautiful as well. It’s like stepping back in time which for me is very special! (thank you for the oranges, coffee, and cake)…..

Absolutely great place in Corigliano Rossano. The host was very friendly and nice. Even came to get us at the bus stop, so we wouldn’t need to roll the suitcases 900 meters. Of course, all the communication is in Italian, but that is what translation applications are for, so super easy :) the apartment is about 2 minute walk from the sea. About 15minutes slowly walking to the bigger supermarkets. Bakery is right around the corner, gelato place also about 5 minute walk. The place is on the 3rd/4th floor (depending if you count the ground level). The only thing missing is the WiFi, so just keep that in mind if you need one. Overall, great host and great value place!

Appartamento accogliente, spazioso e fornito di tutti i servizi. Posizione ottima e comoda per arrivarci in macchina. Alessandra super disponibile. Consiglio per un soggiorno in quel di Taranto.

Massimo is a very welcoming host. He made sure that we had everything we needed. The Appartement is small but contains everything you need for cooking and was super clean. The area is very beautiful and the forests are serene. It is the perfect spot for going on hikes and longer daytrips. We had a great stay!

Penso che questa struttura, insieme alla sua Host, meritino un premio per tutto. Dalla pulizia impeccabile,alla gentilezza della proprietaria, alla piscina, e la struttura in generale. Forse non ci siamo mai trovati bene da nessuna parte,come in questo posto. Relax, pace, natura ed armonia, la fanno da padrona. Complimenti.

Esperienza davvero bella tutto molto curato

Da entwickelt sich in den nächsten Jahren ein tolles Viertel in der Stadt. Der Dom vor der Wohnung eine der schönsten Kirchen die ich je gesehen habe. Die Festung ist es wert anzusehen! (Gratis aber Führungen nur auf Italienisch!)

La Basilicata è una regione stupenda, piena di fascino. Barbara, la nostra host, ci ha guidato nello scegliere i posti da visitare che sono andati oltre i classici siti archeologici di cui la Magna Grecia è ricca. Questo ci ha consentito di conoscere meglio la cultura lucana e ne siamo molto soddisfatti. L'appartamento pulitissimo (e io sono una maniaca del pulito) e dotato di tutti i comfort, ha fatto in modo che il soggiorno fosse ancora più gradevole. La presenza della piscina, grande e ben tenuta, ci ha rinfrescato i pomeriggi tornando dal mare nelle ore più calde per poi riprendere le nostre uscite in serata. Siamo molto contenti!

ottima camera in posizione strategica, 20 minuto dal mare ( Giovanna ci ha consigliato un lido favoloso poco affollato con comodo parcheggio in pineta) e 40 minuti dalla stupenda Matera. Giovanna e la sua famiglia ci hanno fatto sentire a casa, sempre disponili e pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza, cosa molto preziosa soprattutto con il nostro piccolo. Grazie, torneremo sicurame a trovarvi ;-)

If you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation, this is your spot! Steps away from the beach, Leyla offers a relaxing apartment with full kitchen, spacious living areas, and clean bathroom. The pool is beautiful and relaxing. The location is perfect for the beach, though I wish there was a little more to do in the area as many restaurants were already closed the first week of September, or we were the only ones dining / out at bars.
