Very nice small comfortable house, well-equipped and superbly located in a quiet area facing the sea; magnificent view!! Private parking right in front of the unit. Nearby there are lots of beautiful places to visit. Remi and Marie Jeanne are friendly, attentive and discreet people. They hosted us very well with small touches. We recommend it 100%!!!

The house is great cut and has everything necessary. Carmen went out of his way to check in despite our poor knowledge of French. The path to the beautiful beach is very short. With the bikes we were also able to explore other beach sections.

we had a great time, the house is super pretty and meets all our expectations of parents of young children (safety gate, bed, changing mat, baby bathtub) and young teenager (arcade games😉) the house is extremely well located and many visits are less than 10 min drive. however, I don't even have a small downside to add, we loved it and even shared the right plan with our families Thanks a lot

Beautiful family home, tastefully decorated, with plenty of space for rest and sharing. And what about the location? A few steps from the GR34, the sea view windows allow you to enjoy the show all year round. The hosts were very responsive.

Sylvain's apartment is as described and super nice; well located in front of the beach, quiet, close to shops, bars and restaurants with private parking, in the small village of Binic. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. The bedding is excellent and the room is quiet. Sylvain is very friendly and our relationships were simplest and most practical. In short, you will have guessed that we highly recommend this host and his apartment.

This home in the heart of Perros-Guirec was perfect. Very close to amenities, it makes it easy to walk both to the port and the city center. The decor has been tastefully chosen and makes you feel at ease in a warm environment. The apartment is perfectly equipped. The host is very responsive which greatly facilitates the stay. Well decorated, well equipped, well exposed and well placed accommodation (Batz island boarding, port, city center...). We didn't use the terrace but it's a plus. A well-stocked hedge provides privacy. Perfect stay! I recommend Mariane's place.

Beautiful welcome from Jacqueline with beautiful touches. The apartment, superb and well equipped, is very well located, fast city center on foot with all the shops. We had a wonderful quiet stay with beautiful views. The terrace is nice for breakfast and aperitivo. I highly recommend this rental to visit the area.

Superb apartment, ideally located in the heart of Perros Guirec, tastefully decorated and arranged. The terrace is great and bathed in sunshine in the afternoon. Hosts available, responsive and very kind ☀️

Maryse's apartment was a really wonderful place to stay: a very comfortable, clean, spacious modern apartment with everything we needed on hand. Beds were much larger than a standard double, which was great, and the sofa was easily big enough for the four of us. Maryse and her husband met us when we arrived and showed us around, and they left local cider, coffee, tea and biscuits for us to enjoy. The place was really easy to find, and only a few minutes walk from the waterfront. One unexpected highlight was the lockable garage that comes with the apartment - it was great to have the use of that for the duration of our stay. Also worth saying that it's a good size: our VW Passat fitted easily with plenty of room to get in and out. Overall this was one of the nicest AirBnB places we've ever stayed, and we'd love to come back again some time.
