Villa vacation rentals in Trebbia

We stayed as 3 couples of motorcyclists, we had a very good time, beautiful villa. We had some difficulty on the last dirt road outside the property due to the presence of mud and puddles. FABIO was very clear and helpful and his colleague was a great help. Extremely positive rating.

We were in Sarzana in April. From rain to sun, we had everything. The house has a great garden and a beautiful covered terrace. You are right in nature. When you wake up you can hear beautiful birdsong. There are many dogs in the neighborhood and dogs are welcome everywhere. During our stay, the military had many helicopter exercises in the evening and at night at the nearby military airfield. But since it also rained a lot, we weren't outside every evening. I don't know if this is always the case or not. Alessandro was always easily accessible and had great tips and hints when we had questions. 🙏

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

Beautiful setting and stunning views. The owner explained very clearly how to get to the house and was very welcoming. The house itself is stunning and pool was a great addition. Would recommend for people who want to go away from everyday stress

Great place love the view and the house.

We stayed in some of the two houses near Camogli. The house is very nice and tastefully decorated. On our arrival we found a variety of food as well as beverages. Thanks again for that. Access is feasible with a normal car - contrary to some other comments. The house is quiet and private and offers a good base to relax there or make excursions on the Ligurian coast. We can recommend the house and also the caregiver and would come back there. There is a way to charge the EV at the house - but only with 1 kW, i.e. it works, it just takes.

You could not find a more beautiful view or accommodating host. The views from the expansive terrace and the terrace from the second floor of the sea were mesmerizing. The two bedrooms are on separate floors offering good separation and privacy. Jessica was very flexible on times for check-in and check-out which was very welcome and she was always available for questions and recommendations. Would recommend without hesitation.

Diletta was a great host. We sometimes had a bit of difficulty understanding the translated instructions from Italian to English. But she was always responding instantly with any questions we had. We loved her place! The most wonderful ambience, with fantastic views, and a very energetic climb up many stairs to arrive at a beautiful apartment.

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The beautiful view of the sea and the immersive natural surroundings made it a perfect getaway. The house offered near complete privacy, and our kids loved the pool. The location is excellent, with great proximity to Rapallo, Santa Margarita, and Portofino. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. Highly recommended!

This house is a wonderful getaway with unbelievable views of the town and Mediterranean Sea below. It’s surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees. You can hear the highway below so if you need total silence be aware. The drive up to the house is nerve wracking if you are not used to small mountain roads and the driveway is very steep, so be aware of that as well. Our group of 8 adults and 1 baby had a wonderful relaxing time and Lavagna is a cute beach town with restaurants and ice cream. Such an amazing place to stay!

The apartment is very beautiful with amazing views! Pros: -stunning views and surroundings -exceptional host -clean and felt just like home Cons: -there are some bugs (since it is in an elevated neighborhood )

Eliana was fantastic. She assisted us with a personal emergency that occurred during our visit. She was compassionate, helpful, quick to reply to every need. Our home was beautiful, comfortable, and easily accessible for the train, bus and ferry. It was close to lots of great restaurants and shopping, including local small food markets. In addition, the location in Santa Margherita is perfect for quick hops to various nearby ports of Cinqué Terra, Portofino, Camogli, Rapallo, etc., but it is not as crowded as the more popular areas and yet it is equally beautiful. We loved it.

This villa is amazing and Elizabeth was so helpful. It was a perfect spot for a friend getaway. We had 8 adults and more than enough space and accommodations. The house offers so many different areas for socializing/dining for big groups and a great kitchen for making meals. Beautiful views all around. A local restaurant and wine bar in the village were an easy walk and very welcoming. Many beautiful wineries to visit nearby. We could have stayed here for a month!

What a wonderful place with a spectacular view. Plenty of room but steep stairs to each level and a bit of a goat track to get to the property. Other than that, it was absolutely wonderful. Nicolo's was very helpful with ideas and recommendations and the instructions for the property were very well communicated. If you do not have any physical restrictions, then this is the perfect place to escape, especially if you have a big group.

Amazing house in a hilly area in the Piemont. We had a fantastic time enjoying the beautiful house & pool and all the great restaurants & wineyards in the area. The owner was super proactive and always responded quickly. I can recommend everyone to stay there. PS: we were cycling in the area, I can also recommend the house for this purpose!

Our stay was wonderful! Lothar was such a wonderful host. He was accommodating and made himself available for anything we needed, He even cooked dinner twice for us. The property had many fruit trees and the pool was such an added pleasure with a gorgeous view. For those with mobility issues it is a long walk to town with many stairs to walk up and down. If that is not an issue, don't hesitate to book this stay! You will love it!

wonderful and very large location, recently restored, large rooms all with en-suite bathrooms, frescoed ceilings, beautiful indoor and outdoor kitchen (equipped with everything, dishes, etc.), pool, gym. We were 10 friends and we had a great time, the house was very clean and cozy, communication with the owner was excellent and so was check-in. Highly recommended!!

We just returned from a weeklong stay at this beautiful villa, two families with kids ranging in age from 2 years old to 9 years old. The villa is fairly secluded but we had no problems finding it just through Google maps. The property is essentially fully enclosed so we did not have to worry about the kids wandering onto the roads. The house was extremely clean. Both kitchens were fully stocked with all the pots, utensils and serveware that you need. The outdoors was the best! Beautiful pool cleaned daily; not sure if pool was warmed but it was hot enough outside to keep the temp extremely comfortable. Behind the pool is the beautiful vineyard and volleyball area. The owners were so friendly; they gave us giant baskets of garden veggies and another basket of snacks and so much homemade wine. Elena/Ester were so helpful. The Conad is within 8 minutes away and had lots of fresh produce. We drove into Aulla for coffee and pastries (10 min away). Great base to stay with kids!

Very nice house located in a quiet area. There were 12 of us including 5 children and 2 teenagers and everyone enjoyed the beautiful pool and garden. There was a playroom for the kids. Claudio was very available and kind when we had any questions. Thanks to him also for his advice

A great place to rest. My wife and I were with 2 kids and a dog. When we arrived, we received a lot of information about local attractions, restaurants, how to explore Cinque Terre and Portofino. Davide made you feel great from the start of your stay. You feel like someone makes you feel good here. The house as in the photos fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and air conditioning in the rooms upstairs. Clean and homey. Replacement of towels and linens after a week. A pool with a wonderful view. Tomatoes and basil from the garden are great. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and rest. I recommend it to everyone and thank the host for this stay. We already want to go back.

We are three adult couples, each with three children under the age of one. The spacious, tidy and clean structure allowed us to spend a week in total relaxation and well-being. We were greeted by the caretaker Niku, who was helpful, even offering us vegetables from his garden. The villa consists of a ground floor: a large living room well furnished with a fireplace, a dining room with a long wooden table, a bathroom and a very large kitchen equipped with everything you need. The upper floor has two large bedrooms, well isolated from each other with private bathrooms. In the garden there is an annex, used as a bedroom with bathroom. Outside there is a gazebo with a table where you can have breakfast, lunch and hang out while looking at the view. Long and comfortable pool. Equipped with sun loungers and umbrella. In conclusion, we found everything in order, well-kept and clean. Villa on top of a hill among the vineyards. Despite the heat, the climate was breezy and cool.

The pictures do not do this location justice! The view from the outdoor table, pool, and many balconies is unbelievable. The house is nestled in a very quiet, secluded spot and is perfect for relaxing. Kitchen is fully equipped, beds are comfortable. Marius is the most helpful, responsive host, helping us with any questions we had and providing excellent local recommendations. We didn’t want to leave!

Fabrizio's house is fantastic. It is located in a typical Italian countryside environment. The view is great, the pool is wonderful, huge terraces ensured undisturbed conversations. The house is very well equipped and luckily there is air conditioning everywhere. Fabrizio is a super host and his house is ideal for larger families or groups of friends who want to relax.

Beautiful villa with stunning sunset views! The entire place was pristine clean and very well equipped. The host is responsive and prepared clear instructions. If you're in doubt because of the 300meters unpaved road - don't be. Our tiny Fiat 500 made it with no problem. This place will comfortably host 6 adults. Our visit was in the middle of winter, yet the house was preheated prior to our arrival and kept warm during the whole stay. This is truly a jewel.
