Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni meravigliosi in questa villa a Mombaruzzo! La villa è semplicemente fantastica: spaziosa, curata nei minimi dettagli e dotata di ogni comfort. Il paesaggio che la circonda è mozzafiato, immerso nella tranquillità, perfetto sia per famiglie che per gruppi di amici. La piscina è perfetta, pulita e ben mantenuta, ideale per rilassarsi e divertirsi. Il personale è stato super super super super disponibile, sempre gentile e pronto ad aiutarci in qualsiasi momento. Tantissimi servizi a disposizione che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consiglio questa villa a tutti,un’esperienza che sicuramente ripeteremo!

Wir waren eine Woche bei Paolo und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Für eine Gruppe ist das Haus perfekt, die Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet und der Garten und Pool sind wunderschön. Paolo ist ein sehr sehr netter Host und war immer gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

Wunderschönes Haus und tolle Lage. Die Aussicht, der Garten und der Pool sind noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, gleichzeitig ist man in nur wenigen Gehminuten im Ort, in dem es ein schönes Café und unterschiedliche Restaurants und Bars gibt. Die Kommunikation verlief sehr gut und wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

L’host é stato gentile e molto premuroso. La comunicazione con lui è stata molto semplice , al momento della prenotazione ci ha spiegato molto bene come arrivare alla casa. La casa ha un giardino molto spazioso dove si può tranquillamente grigliare e stare in compagnia, lo consiglio

Wir waren einige in einem der beiden Häuser in der Nähe von Camogli. Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir verschiedenste Speisen als auch Getränke vor. Danke noch einmal dafür. Die Zufahrt ist mit einem normalen PKW machbar - entgegen einiger anderer Kommentare. Das Haus liegt ruhig und privat und bietet eine gute Basis um dort zu entspannen oder Ausflüge an der ligurischen Küsten zu machen. Wir können das Haus und auch die betreuende Agency empfehlen und würden wieder dorthin kommen. Es gibt eine Möglichkeit am Haus das EV zu laden - jedoch nur mit 1 kW, d.h. es funktioniert, es dauert nur.

We took our family to Barga for the first time. There were 9 of us, ranging from 6 months to 70 years old. The villa swallowed us easily, plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Eleonora and Daniela were very responsive during the booking period, and when we arrived everything was exactly as expected. It's a beautiful place, the views and setting are magnificent, and it really is no more than 10 minutes walk in to the old town of Barga. The welcome pack included local cheese, a traditional cake, wine, oil, bread and was much appreciated! Despite some appalling weather, we made lovely pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven, and enjoyed some (coolish) swimming in the large clean pool - this was early October. Excellent range of restaurants in old and new Barga. 45 mins to Lucca, 1 hour from Pisa - and the caves at Grotta del Vento are definitely worth a visit - especially if it's raining! Overall, we had a brilliant time. Highly recommended.

Wunderschöne Villa in großem Garten mit traumhaften Blicken aufs Meer und umliegende Hügel. Das großzügige Haus war in jeder Hinsicht top ausgestattet; angefangen bei Küche und Ausstattung über den sehr gut funktionierenden Außengrill, den schön gestalteten Essplatz bis hin zu Lektüre und Spielen. Optimal um dort mit Familie od. Freund*innen Zeit zu verbringen. Unten in den Küstenorten „ steppt der Bär“ - oben auf dem Berg Kontrastprogramm. Gold wert der PP in der Parkgarage in S. Margherita. Die letzten 50m hinab zum/hinauf zur Straße sind die ersten Male wegen der Steilheit etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig; PS-schwache PKWs besser oben an der Straße parken 😉

Che dire tutto perfetto appartamento curato nei dettagli super pulito e profumato, Mimma ci ha accolti in un modo caloroso dandoci anche tante informazioni per il nostro soggiorno, gentilissimi stefano e Mimma grazie di tutto , sicuramente torneremo presto Un caloroso saluto

Eliana was fantastic. She assisted us with a personal emergency that occurred during our visit. She was compassionate, helpful, quick to reply to every need. Our home was beautiful, comfortable, and easily accessible for the train, bus and ferry. It was close to lots of great restaurants and shopping, including local small food markets. In addition, the location in Santa Margherita is perfect for quick hops to various nearby ports of Cinqué Terra, Portofino, Camogli, Rapallo, etc., but it is not as crowded as the more popular areas and yet it is equally beautiful. We loved it.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Der Pool und der Whirlpool waren absolute Highlights – perfekt zum Entspannen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, was den Aufenthalt umso angenehmer gemacht hat. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind traumhaft – ruhig und idyllisch. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war top: sehr schnelle und hilfreiche Antworten auf alle Fragen. Klare Empfehlung, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Amazing house in a hilly area in the Piemont. We had a fantastic time enjoying the beautiful house & pool and all the great restaurants & wineyards in the area. The owner was super proactive and always responded quickly. I can recommend everyone to stay there. PS: we were cycling in the area, I can also recommend the house for this purpose!

Diletta was a great host. We sometimes had a bit of difficulty understanding the translated instructions from Italian to English. But she was always responding instantly with any questions we had. We loved her place! The most wonderful ambience, with fantastic views, and a very energetic climb up many stairs to arrive at a beautiful apartment.

We spent a few days here for New Year's, and it was absolutely wonderful. The place is cozy and beautifully furnished, surrounded by nature, which made it the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail in the decor. We can't wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor pool and the gorgeous outdoor space to its fullest. Highly recommended!

Wir waren 8 Frauen, welche diese Unterkunft von Freitag bis Sonntag gebucht haben. Die Kommunikation im Vorherein hat problemlos funktioniert. Im Haus angekommen hat es unserere Erwartungen übertroffen. Jede von uns hatte ein eigenes Zimmer, es hatte mehrere Badezimmer. Alles war sauber, geräumig und sehr ansprechend. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Lage ist top! Wir würden das Airbnb jedem empfehlen und diese Unterkunft kann ohne Bedenken gebucht werden. Danke auch an Andrea für deine Flexibilität und gute Kommunikation!

Carlo’s Villa Miranda is a peaceful and beautiful place, and Carlo is an attentive host. We enjoyed our time there very much and hope to return some day.

We just returned from a weeklong stay at this beautiful villa, two families with kids ranging in age from 2 years old to 9 years old. The villa is fairly secluded but we had no problems finding it just through Google maps. The property is essentially fully enclosed so we did not have to worry about the kids wandering onto the roads. The house was extremely clean. Both kitchens were fully stocked with all the pots, utensils and serveware that you need. The outdoors was the best! Beautiful pool cleaned daily; not sure if pool was warmed but it was hot enough outside to keep the temp extremely comfortable. Behind the pool is the beautiful vineyard and volleyball area. The owners were so friendly; they gave us giant baskets of garden veggies and another basket of snacks and so much homemade wine. Elena/Ester were so helpful. The Conad is within 8 minutes away and had lots of fresh produce. We drove into Aulla for coffee and pastries (10 min away). Great base to stay with kids!

Wahnsinnig tolle Unterkunft! Unsere Erwartungen wurden Übertroffen. Super Service und sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die Woche in Chiozza war perfekt! In der Unterkunft war alles nötige vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und perfekt zum Abschalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très jolie maison située dans un endroit calme. Nous étions 12 dont 5 enfants et2 adolescents et tout le monde a beaucoup apprécié la très belle piscine et le jardin. Il y avait une salle de jeu pour les enfants. Claudio était très disponible et aimable lorsque nous avions des questions. Merci à lui également pour ses conseils

Siamo tre coppie di adulti, ognuna con tre figli sotto l'anno. La struttura ampia, ordinata e pulita ci ha permesso di passare una settimana nel totale relax e benessere. Siamo stati accolti dal custode Niku, che si è mostrato disponibile, offrendoci anche verdure del suo orto. La villa è composta sul piano terra: di un ampio soggiorno ben arredato con camino, una sala da pranzo con un tavolo lungo in legno, un bagno di servizio e una cucina molto grande e attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Il piano superiore prevede due ampie camere da letto, ben isolate le une dalle altre con bagni privati. Nel giardino si trova una dependance, adibita a camera con bagno. All'esterno un gazebo con tavolo dove far colazione, pranzare e stare in compagnia guardando il panorama. Piscina lunga e confortevole. Attrezzata di lettini e ombrellone. In conclusione, abbiamo trovato tutto in ordine, curato e pulito. Villa in cima a una collina tra le vigne. Nonostante il caldo, il clima era ventilato e fresco.

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

Amazing hosts and super private house with everything needed for an amazing stay. Kitchen was very well equipped for cooking as well. It’s placed in an amazing landscape- but you do need good driving skills to get there (non-paved) road through the wood. After the challenging road your stay is as private as it gets. No neighbors around anywhere!! Everything was absolutely wonderful, we would definitely come back. Thank you very much:)

Vor weg ist eines zu sagen: Unser Urlaub in dem Haus von Markus war einfach traumhaft! Wir waren dort für eine Woche mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Kind zu gast. Die Kommunikation mit Markus im Voraus war hervorragend und die Antwortgeschwindigkeit überragend. Vor Ort angekommen erwartete uns ein Ferienhaus, welches in seiner ruhigen Lage wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Es wurde bei der Einrichtung an alles gedacht und man konnte sich bereits am ersten Tag wie Zuhause fühlen. Auch die kleinen Gäste kommen in dem Haus nicht zu kurz. Vom Kinderstuhl über das Kinderbesteck, bis zur Babybadewanne war alles vorhanden. Sogar ein Spielzimmer mit top Ausstattung gibt es. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich ohne Zweifel weiterempfehlen!

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen in der toskanischen Landschaft, von wo man einen wundervollen Ausblick über die Landschaft hat. Die Kommunikation fand auf Englisch mit dem Sohn von Gianluca mittels Textnachrichten statt. Er hat immer sofort geantwortet auf Fragen und Belange. Vor Ort zur Übergabe ist Gianluca dagewesen. Ein Assistent für technische Angelegenheiten und Wartung der Anlage wohnt nicht weit entfernt und ist daher schnell erreichbar. Die Kommunikation ist daher sehr gut abgelaufen! Das Grundstück mit Pool, Aussicht und allem was in der Beschreibung enthalten ist, hat uns alles geboten, um unsere Woche dort entspannt auf dem Gelände zu verbringen. Definitiv also zu empfehlen. Wir erwägen eindeutig wieder zu kommen!
