Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with its modern bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. It has everything you need and even more. Breakfast is excellent with cakes left for us. Small touches such as milk left in the fridge with 2 bottles of water (still and sparkling water) are really more than pleasant!!! The rooms are spacious and the bedding is perfect. The balcony overlooking the small stream and the location of the apartment which is quiet but at the same time is a 10-minute walk from the city center and the seaside. Truly a great choice. We had a great time at 4. We'll be happy to go back!!! Don't hesitate, everything is perfect.

Wonderful home, everything was clean and nice. We got bed linens, towels, kitchen utensils Everything was there for a smooth and peaceful trip. My kids loved the pool. Everything was 2-3 minutes by car

We arrived by car around 8.45pm due to heavy traffic and a massive rain storm at our last location and Franca was very good about it, very accommodating which we were very grateful for. Franca gave us very clear driving and parking instructions well in advance so we knew we could not enter the village by car - because we arrived late in the evening, there was sufficient parking available. We were, at first, intimated by the walk with our luggage but very grateful that Casa Capellina was one of the first accommodations at the top of the hill! It took 5mins but it was work! ....especially going back up the hill when we checked out. The view from this apartment is absolutely stunning. The tiny staircase you'll need to climb each time is truly worth it! All kitchen and bathroom essentials were available and the bed is very comfy! .....we got used to the bells ringing from 7am. We fell in love with this place, we were sad to leave :(

We had a great stay in Adriano's house in Parma. The house was really nice, very spacious and in a quiet area but also close to the city centre with many bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. The house was clean and comfortable and had all of the basic provisions which was helpful for a short stay. Adriano was friendly and responsive and gave us some good local advice. Overall an excellent weekend and hope to visit Param again some time.

I had a wonderful stay at Davide’s place. The apartment was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with everything I needed. Davide was a fantastic host.The location was perfect for exploring the area, yet peaceful and quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Davide’s place to anyone visiting!

Very nice big apartment in a medieval village square with lots of character. Go and have a drink with the locals at the bar 2 doors away, they are very friendly.

It didn't even match the pictures! On the contrary, what was even more beautiful! The morning with the view into the vineyard, a dream. Even the cats were friendly 😂 We recommend the accommodation to everyone as well as the local bakery 3 houses😅

Alessia and Carlo are hosts as we would like to see from everywhere: availability, responsiveness, kindness, hospitality, and helpfulness. They are great advice and incredible patience for anyone who doesn't master Italian. The house is ideally located 10 minutes by car from La Spézia and Alessia will give you all the good tips to park for free near the train station. Not far from the golf of the poets and Portovenere, the village of Ricco del Golfo is quiet and with very pleasant local shops (pasticeria, cafeteria, very cheap restaurant) . As for the house, it is spacious, very convenient, well equipped as advertised and impeccable cleanliness. We liked the immediate proximity to the Cinque Terre, the golf of the poets but also the proximity to Tuscany because we were indeed able, from the house to go to Tuscany and visit Florence Siena and Pisa. We had a great stay!! The communication between the owner and us was 10/10. We felt safe in the location and it was just a short walk from the center of Rapallo.

Our family of four (two adults, two teenagers) stayed at Pietro’s place for three nights and had a lovely time. The location is excellent, perhaps the best in all of Cinque Terre. Easy train access, close to the beach and restaurants. The WiFi (for the teenagers) was good, and we enjoyed having morning coffee and evening wine in the lovely courtyard. Washer and dryer were a plus. AC in each bedroom meant we could be as warm or cold as we each wanted. We had no issues with our stay and would choose this place again!

We slept very well in the room with double exposure to the sunrise and the valley that opens towards the Scriva Valley and the mountains of the Ligurian Apennines, where the sun sets behind the peaks in the relaxing silence of the woods. The apartment is very tidy, very clean and airy, functional and with many really appreciable amenities: well-equipped kitchen, terraces and balcony overlooking nature. Each window is a painting: in one, we happened to see fallow deer coming down from the woods to graze around. The other inhabitants of the place are also very nice; some chickens, a rooster, two good dogs and two very intelligent cats, and the little geese that occasionally come out in groups. The welcome was exceptional, Simona and Luca are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable hosts, ready to offer valuable advice to discover it at its best. The welcome aperitif is also very welcome! Small, pristine and quirky apartment. Katia is an excellent host with loads of recommendations. REALLY close and easy to get to the main attractions as well.

Stefano is an ideal host, very friendly and welcoming. He also provided us with some very good recommendations and good recommendations for our stay in Genoa. The apartment is very nice with atypical decoration, like a museum. The bedding was also very comfortable. At first glance the street seems a little "hostile" but we had no problems except a little noise the first evening. Be careful, however, there are many steps to climb to access the apartment. Finally, I highly recommend Stefano's place.

Excellent appartement. Very spacious, clean, functional and luminous. Near to Navigli neighborhood. The host is very reactive and communicated all the necessary information. Perfect stay!

Absolutely stunning. Perfect place to stay to visit cinque terre. Amazing deal for such a nice place. 10 minutes walking to the nearest train station which has a fair amount of trains per day to cinque terre. The next closest station (La Spezia Centrale) is still very close and has plenty of trains (10-15 minute drive away). Furthermore, the host provided two bikes which made everything easy. Super friendly host, spotless place. The free coffee is also very good. Neighborhood is very peaceful, zero street noise. There also happens to be a very friendly neighborhood cat across the street. 100% would recommend.

It was a really good stay. We got clear instructions, and even got some really god recommandations for foods and activities; we loved it! Parking was no problem, and she was nice enough to give us AC since we found it too hot in the evening. Would recommend to everyone!
