I can only agree with all the positive reviews! Massimo is a fantastic host and he is always immediately available when you need something without being intrusive. We got along well right from the start. The whole family is very warm, friendly, helpful and personable. There was nothing missing. Even a bathrobe and hot water bottle were provided! Especially the beds are very comfortable, which is a rarity in vacation rentals! My 2-week stay with my dog was very pleasant and I felt very comfortable…almost like visiting friends. My experience at Filippo's place was simply excellent. Filippo and his family were extremely kind, welcoming and always available for every need, making me feel at home from the first moment. The apartment was impeccable: perfect cleanliness, rooms with attention to the smallest details and everything exactly as described in the listing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable and high-quality experience.

Staying with Maria was super pleasant and quiet. The surroundings were super nice and we really enjoyed the great view. We slept great in the quiet surroundings. Maria was very kind and accommodating and gave us great tips.

Cristina was a great host! She picked us up 2 ggn. from the train station, because we had so much packing. The house was nicely located and was quiet. We enjoyed the nice surroundings. Had a lot of benefit from the bikes. Enjoyed the village of Levanto ♥️

We had a wonderful stay with Michele and he is easily one of the best hosts we have ever had. He really goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. He is extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment is super charming and well-located for excursions into the Cinque Terre and the other towns and ports in the area. We can’t recommend this place strongly enough. We had a very enjoyable stay at Veronica's place. The arrival was very warm and the cottage was as described. We especially found the veranda to be an added value. The garden is also well enclosed.

We had a great time! The house is very nice and the view is beautiful. Nicola was the best house you could wish for. He was always available, very polite and helped us with many requests. We will book it again and can recommend it!

Leonard and his wife were very kind and welcoming, beginning to end. They were very responsive to our contacts with them and proactive in ensuring we were comfortable and had all we needed. They kindly invited us to join them and the wider family at a homemade pizza party in the garden one evening and later even brought us unexpected sweet treats. The property and it's garden estate were beautiful. We had gorgeous views from 3 sides of our apartment , mountains one way, across the valley another, and over the large garden on the 3rd side. All of the outlooks beautiful. It would be perfectly possible to use taxis and trains to get around the general area though having our own car there was very convenient for shopping and travelling as some attractions and facilities are several miles away. I feel our trip would have been less rich without a car. I'd describe the apartment as comfortable if rustic, but we had all we needed whether cooker, fridge, micro, washing machine etc.

A great place for those who seek greenery, peace and quiet. Beautiful garden with many different places to sit a d a good sized swimming pool. At night you hear only birds, insects and wild pigs which ve ture looking for food. So not for faint hearted :) Apartment has everything that is needed and the bed is very comfy. Hosts are very nice and helpful. A great place in the countryside, recommended!

We loved our stay at Victor’s home. It was spotlessly clean and the view was just incredible. It is brilliant for kids, they had the time of their lives!

We spent 3 days for a bachelorette party. The villa is really crazy, even more beautiful than in the photo. Each floor is independent, with its kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedrooms. The house is crazy in every detail, from the decor to the amenities included. The pergola, the pool and the view are spectacular and we really enjoyed them. We also organized a party with the deejay in the pergola, wonderful! The owner was really top: very helpful in all our requests and was also very flexible both at check-in and check-out. Absolutely recommended place!!!

Beautiful, quiet and wooded setting. The accommodation is large enough and well equipped for a family with children. We were able to enjoy the swimming pool and barbecue . Proximity to the spezzia to discover the 5 lands , just 25 min by car.

Great apartment in a great neighborhood. The apartment is large, cozy, well appointed and very quiet. Its a classic apartment. The location is perfect for getting around Milan. There were plenty of places to eat and there is a great market around the corner. I absolutely recommend it! It would work well as a long term stay too.

Caterina, welcomed us. And we had a great stay. The accommodation is very close to the beach and a convenience store. A little far from the city center but public transport is available very close to the accommodation and the train is a 15-minute walk. The accommodation is very quiet, very peaceful. It was hot but Caterina brought us fans. Thanks for the stay.

well-kept apartment, there's everything you need. Convenient area to reach virtually every area of Parma in a short time. Marcello was extremely helpful right away. We definitely recommend it!

We only stayed one night so didn’t get to explore the area but it was beautiful country and had restaurants and grocery near by. Hosts were very sweet!!! Very much appreciate the coffee pods and tea.

Great stay at Veve's. We had made a roadtrip in Italy and our last stop was the Spezia and the Cinque Terre where we stayed 3 days at Veve's. The hosting was very warm by Veve's nice dad. The apartment is very cute and enough for a family with a small garden. The interior is very clean and very decorated like a Greek home. Veve had prepared our arrival, and very good coffee. Despite the 36 degrees the house is cool the sublime little garden for a coffee and breakfast break. Veve is very responsive and exchanged a lot, I stole all these coffee she didn't hesitate to bring back. Really good stay, I'll be back.

This is a pretty, lovingly designed cottage in a wooded, quiet area. Car is essential. By car, many beautiful destinations in Liguria and Tuscany are then accessible. We stayed in Pisa, Lucca, Viareggio, Carrara, La Spezia, Portovenere, for example. An information folder is available in the house. If you are looking for peace and quiet, you can find them in and at the house. The two terraces and the garden are great. The property is completely fenced, ideal for dogs. In the absence of John, Marco took very friendly care of everything and was always available.
