Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Tre Ville

The place was really rustic and exactly as described – we felt very comfortable! The journey was a little adventure, but thanks to the good description of the host it was quite feasible. However, you have to be brave to drive through the narrow streets to the front door by car. So, we parked at the church. The village is super cute and the host was very accommodating as he allowed us to check out later – thanks for that! If you are a light sleeper, you should know that the church bells nearby are pretty good to hear. We found the stay very nice and will be happy to come back!

If you want a get-away-from-everything holiday; this is your place! Andy and Sabine are excellent hosts, communicating very clearly in advance and during our stay, taking the time to go the extra mile and sort out issues quickly and in a friendly way. The piece de resistance of this property is the outdoor pool, which is simply magnificent. We also used the bread delivery service and this was also appreciated and made a good start to the mornings!

my dog Artus and I had a great stay with Luca, his mom and the other dogs! despite the bad weather Luca made sure to give me recommendations for the area! I felt very welcomed and it also felt like I was staying with friends rather than with hosts. thank you so much!

Olivia was a super host, very helpful, precise and kind. The house was wonderful! Surrounded by greenery and tranquility in contact with nature. We found very clean rooms with everything we needed and… surprise, the fireplace! We hope to be able to return. Thank you for everything!

We stayed with my friends for a winter vacation. Great location of the apartment and the possibility to use the ski bus to the ski center. The environment is quiet and I appreciate the great cleanliness. Perfect communication from Mattio. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Nicola's place. The place was excellent and the view was a dream. The place is a little elevated and we recommend a car to get to Bardolino. Bardolino is also great with children and a dog. It has a dog playground and plenty of opportunities for children. The highlight was the little stroll train.

We loved staying at Deborah's place. It looked even more beautiful in real life. We stayed 6 nights with our toddler who had a great time playing outside. The house is spacious enough to live comfortably and has everything you need. Everything is put together with care. We connected with her parents who are present on some days in the back of the house, they were lovely and never overbearing. What worked well for us was the peaceful environment, a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of the coastal towns of Lake Garda. The garden is authentic and very well kept. The view amazing. Getting to the property is fairly easy, I do recommend checking what your navigation tells you to do because it led us in a street that turned out to be for residents only and was very narrow (it's marked Eccetto frontisti). Avoid these streets, they take you off the main road anyway, not what you need. I phoned Deborah for some advice and she was a great help, we found it easily.

Stunning!!!! What an absolutely fabulous location on the edge of Lake Garda. Erika met us on our arrival and she made us feel so welcome. The property is very much her home with everything we could ever need to make our stay comfortable. The property, location, Erika and Malcesine exceeded our expectations and we are definitely returning next year with the rest of our family. A very highly recommended place to stay.

The apartment is very nice, super new and equipped with every comfort. Ponte di Legno is about a 15-minute drive away. It's perfect for a group of friends or a family who want to ski in Ponte di Legno or Passo del Tonale and also have the comforts of a real home, where you can cook, eat or watch a movie in the evening on the large sofa in the living room. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy upon our arrival. The host was more than helpful, promptly answering the many questions I asked him, from information about the house to tips on potential trips to the surrounding areas. The icing on the cake for us: there is a fireplace that you can light, but you have to buy the fuel at the supermarket, which adds the right atmosphere to your stay in the mountains. We will definitely be back.

Very positive experience. Giada turned out to be an available person, always smiling. Upon our arrival she had the stove on, which with the cold outside, that warmth and that cabin atmosphere, was a great welcome. In addition, she had prepared a small breakfast corner with a basket of sweets, various types of tea, as well as two bottles of water. Giada also took care of our travel companions, a cat and a dog, preparing the kennel area near the stove complete with cot and mats, as well as the sand for the litter box. The apartment also deserves a mention, as the spaces are well distributed and well furnished, revealing a sober taste but at the same time very characteristic and welcoming. The lit stove is a great plus. I think it's obvious how much we enjoyed it. Thank you very much Giada. This is a goodbye see you soon.

Jacques is a great landlord. He thought of everything: from the heater that was on, to traffic instructions on the day of arrival to restaurant recommendations. The apartment is located a little higher and off the street - the view of the lake is wonderful. This is our second time and are very satisfied again. Everything you need can be reached on foot. Cycling, hiking or just unwinding, the place is absolutely suitable for this.

Very cozy apartment with two separate bedrooms! All appliances are available! Very cozy inside! The place sleeps up to 7 people if you consider the sofa in the living room, but we were 4 people. We came to Madonna for skis, but Madonna itself did not have free accommodation, and we chose this and never regretted it, because it is much more convenient to live here, because there is so much nearby for walks and restaurants, which was no difficulty in relaxing here, and riding in Madonna. This property has its own parking under the house, so we did not experience any difficulties with the car: I went down to the parking lot and went to Madonna and parked there right at the ski lifts. Who like, but we liked such a combination. Thanks to the host for having us!

Oh, where can I start, this place is in the absolute perfect location in Livigno. You can walk to ski school, all the ski slopes, all the restaurants, all the shopping within a few minutes. The place is brand new, completely remodeled, squeaky clean, and very private. It’s located on the top floor of the building with multiple balconies with beautiful views. Sabrina leaves the kitchen stocked with all sorts of amenities and nice gifts. Sabrina herself is very sweet, super responsive, and easy to work with. This place is 10 stars!!⭐️

Maurizio is trully the best host anyone can wish for! He is really helpful and kind, perfect communication, always replying really fast. Lots of recommendations of what to do and see around, even which road is better. The apartment is very clean and has an amazing view of mountains. everything is like in the photos. The kitchen has everything you need and even more. Also there's a welcoming basket that was a nice gesture from Maurizio side:) The area is calm, there's not a lot people or anything to do or eat, you have to drive but its not far. But you definitely need a car to stay here. Lake Garda is about 1.20 hour away as well as Verona. There's a free parking nearby and you always find a place. We stayed at late September so it was chilly at night but we used a heater and wood stove. Only one bad thing was that there's a reconstruction outside so you cant sleep late, they start around 8am and its really loud, but thats definitely not Maurizio fault! hopefully it will end soon:)

Giuseppe is a very friendly host. The communication was very easy and open questions were handled quickly. House is located in a quiet and very nice location. The lake and various shopping facilities are only a few minutes walk or drive away. The kitchen surfaces were a bit too small for us 8 people to prepare the food. However, if you organize, this is also not a problem. We highly recommend Giuseppe's house.

Great place for a family retreat !

Fabulous place. Had everything we needed for a family holiday. Kids loved the pool. We loved the amazing view. We hired a car so was easy to get down to the lake. Would recommend and love to return . Moritz replied very quickly when we needed information

It is 10+. Everything was great, better than it looked into pictures. The house space is generous (we were two adults and 3 kids). Also, the garden is quite big, and the kids had a nice and safe place to play (especially with the bikes from the property). Great view to the lake/mountains and also the cascade nearby is visible from the garden (and its sound can be heard in the night from outside). Also, the neighbors roofs in the front of the property looks big in pictures, but in reality they do not obscure the view from the balcony/garden.

We had a great stay, the apartment was great and kept what was promised 😊 the landlady was very nice, easily accessible and helpful 😊 It was great all around 🙌🏽

Incredible stay in Malcesine! The villa was honestly somehow more beautiful than the photos - and the view was stunning. It was a lovely spot to spend a week. We especially loved eating dinner under there terrace and lights. Matteo was great to communicate with and check in/out was very easy. As another reviewer noted, the drive up is not for the faint of heart - lots of windy, tight roads - but once you’ve done it a few times it’s completely fine - and the villa and view were well worth it!

A beautiful vacation in a beautiful home! The house has been recently renovated, has 5 rooms all with new bathrooms, a large living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a magnificent lawn in front with a magnificent view. Camillo is a very kind and helpful host. Absolutely recommended!
