I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly gracious, and the staff at the property were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The place looked exactly as described, with beautiful surroundings and a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend staying here!

Great host very nice apartment - 3 bedroom X 3 bathroom. Highly recommend very kind, responsive and helpful host. The host's dad lives above and was very kind to come down and assist when we had a question or needed something.

My multi-generational family, from to 2 to 70, enjoyed our stay very much. The place was modern, clean, and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful with our luggage during check-in, transport ideas and a quick fix of the Wi-Fi. The location can’t be beat - charming, vibrant and everything within reach!

We stayed at Phuong's place for two nights. She is friendly and always responsive before, during and even after the stay. Always care about her guests. The apartment is situated in an old building. Near to the local markets and restaurants. The whole apartment had been renovated. The rooms are clean, the apartment is equipped with the shampoo and hair dryer. Don't forget to take a nice photo in the apartment. There is a instagr-able corner-the bath tub. Thanks to Phuong, I highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay here! It had everything we needed and really started to feel like home. The kitchen was nice, tv to watch, and a huge bed and room space. The only down side is that the hot water didn’t last very long. Other than that it was amazing!!!

是值得入住，距離火車街和大教堂十分鐘步程，圖片和真實環境是合附的，樓下附近有幾家咖啡館果汁店和小吃館，換外幣的店也在附近兩個街口，步行十分鐘左右有家OK便利店，老城區的酒吧街也可步行十五分鐘到達。 感謝當天可以提早了些進入旅館，白天進入是經過一家果汁店進去，再坐電梯上去的，五樓出電梯左邊是兩間臥室，一間帶浴室的，電梯右邊也有間浴室，六樓出電梯右邊是一間臥室，左邊是帶厨房的小客廳，客廳走出去是半露天的活動空間，五和六樓上落可以走樓梯或坐電梯，旅店主人回覆詢問得非常快，有耐性。 整體上旅店值90分以上的。

I was lucky to stay here as my first time in Hanoi. This place is charming, its wooden, with nice lightning and spacious. It gives a very comfortable and grounded feeling. I also felt safe, knowing there is always security and having the cleaner renew water/towels was nice too. Location is the best, close to the centre but hidden in this half island 10 minutes away by walk. It has a beautiful lake and nice cafes for peaceful moment (before starting your chaotic touristy day). Pho - right in front of the building till 2 pm, i was having it almost everyday as it was one of the best I've tried (locals mostly). I would definitely come back and stay here! thanks :)

C’était génial, le logement est parfait pour un couple ou une personne seule, très grand espace, avec une douche à l’italienne,réfrigérateur, plaque de cuisson, climatisation et lit king size. L’appartement est situé juste à côté du lac et du quartier de Quang An (marché aux fleurs, restaurants, cafés et bars avec vue sur le lac, friperies). Quartier jeune mais le logement est très calme. My Linh était très réactive lorsque nous avions des questions. J’y retournerai lorsque je reviendrai à Hanoï.
