This beautiful wooden home features a large private terrace, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, and oven, a cozy seating area in an open-plan living and kitchen space, and a bedroom with a box spring bed. The tiny house is not suitable for holidays with your dog.

Es ist ein ca. 115 m² großes Ferienhaus mit großer Sonnenterrasse für bis zu sechs Erwachsenen + 1 Kind. Zu jeder Jahreszeit bietet es alles, was man zum Erholen und zur Entspannung braucht. Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

Apartment with distant views, to the south and west, quietly located, away from the hustle and bustle, yet in 5 minutes walking distance to the center and the beach! Discover our 5-star apartment in Zinnowitz. The garden area is completely fenced. The parking lot is also located on the fenced premises. The spacious living area of 128 m² is equipped with three bedrooms, partly with box spring beds. The fully equipped kitchen has the latest electrical appliances. There is a floor-level shower and bathtub in the bathroom. Wi-Fi and TV in all bedrooms are provided. Your dogs like to vacation with us.

Vacation home Mia 3

Our beautiful apartment is located in the idyllic resort of Zinnowitz not far from the picturesque Baltic Sea. The apartment offers accommodation for a maximum of 4 people. Children of all ages are considered a person. In July and August, we can currently only offer arrival (check-in) on Sundays. We can only allow departure (check-out) on Saturdays. In the pre-season of May and June, we are flexible with arrival and departure.

Cottage with Sauna and natural swimming pond

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

Vacation home Joline

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level. Side by side refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, fireplace, smart/pay TV, sauna (for a fee), iPad, echo dot and soon PS5.

Idyllic wooden house - Quiet location for families

If you want to relax after the stress of everyday life, enjoy your peace and quiet in nature, then you have come to the right place. The Mühlenweg is a quiet cul-de-sac with a 30 km/h limit. After a 20-25 minute walk through the forest, you will reach the Baltic Sea beach directly. This section of the beach is very quiet, a small insider tip, because you cannot reach it by car, but only on foot or by bike.

Limone Apartment is a spacious one-room apartment for two people. The apartment has a kitchenette (two-burner induction cooktop, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, dishes), bathroom and sunny terrace. The detached villa (200 m²) is located directly on the beach with its own access. The entire ensemble (house, property (700 m²), sauna, garden, terrace with water view, beach access) is available for your exclusive use. It is situated in such a way that you do not have to do without privacy despite the proximity to the beach.
