The apartment resides in an 1890 building, Casa Mandl, and has a gorgeous view of the square, with the Black Church (Biserica Neagra) to the left and the Council House (Casa Sfatului) to the right. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (with door code, without elevator) and features everything one may require for a luxurious stay in Brasov. The main room is 28 sqm (300 sq ft) and it features a living room area with a sofa and two armchairs, 42 Inch HDTV with Satellite (over 100 channels including English, German, Italian, Russian), WiFi access, fully equipped kitchen area with Miele appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric stove), dining room area for up to four people, and much more. It is a very small and cosy loft room, ( aprox. 9 sqm) situated in the vicinity of the Botanical Garden- a very quiet&relaxing area, 10-15 minutes walking distance to the city center. Please pay attention that this a loft and the ceiling may be low to some parts of the studio.
