Vacation rentals with lake access in Transylvania

We liked the house a lot. The village is super quiet. Great hiking in the area. Jonas is a very good host, always connecting people. We had some issues in the house (fridge broke down) which were solved quickly. Jonas is owner of the Valea Verde resort in the same village, 5 minutes walk from the house. The resort has a natural swimming pool and a big field to relax. Very nice to have access to this in addition to the house. The bed was very comfortable. All in all we felt at home in Casa Johann and would stay there again when visiting Cund.

Mihail is very pleasant to talk to and hospitable. The villa was clean, great beds and pillows, everything you need for the bathroom and kitchen. Cozy backyard. Mikhail decorated the house for our arrival and put up a Christmas tree. We had a great time, thank you Mihail!

We had a wonderful stay at Milena’s place! The highlight for us was definitely the heated indoor pool (kept at a comfortable 25–26°C), which provided hours of fun for both kids and adults. The house was clean, well-equipped, and everything worked perfectly throughout our stay. It’s a great spot for a group of 4–5 families looking to relax and enjoy some quality time together. We would definitely recommend it and would love to return in the future!

The place is relatively new and unfamiliar. In my opinion because the landlord is having a little difficulty with English. About the place is really amazing at the level of paradise we were when it was snowy and the view is just something unusual. There are only 2 very remote zimirs from each other. There is also another guest gazebo for the barbecue with an espresso oven and heating cinema system. All facilities with floor heating and a fireplace in the living room in the B&B. The landlord is very kind and wanted to help give service. The kitchen is very well equipped. The issues we encountered that the water pressure is low and if you turn on some appliances will sleep. A drop in the voltage the lights are boring. When it snows there is a problem to get to the Zimmer and you have to park 10 minutes walk from the Zimmer unless you came with 4×4. Also on this issue the landlord helped to go up and down when he was in the complex. I think nothing of the essence of my wife bothered her with the water pressure. The water is always very hot. Next to the Zimmer adjacent to a hot tub and a personal sauna, Phenot is cool at the levels to be in the surrounding hot tub minus 5. In short, the place in my opinion is really perfect and worth every very clean dollar very neat and the equipment looks high quality and new. I will be happy to give another opinion Aharoni Chai

An absolutely magical place! The lake house is amazing, has everything available and even more due to the great hosting provided. Would have never thought that modern amenities can be so seamlessly found in a little house in the woods (walking distance to the lake). Such a peaceful and restful time spent here. Overall it has been a fairytale experience, thank you!!

Everything was top quality! The host was great, very easy to communicate with and with lots of attention to details. She made us feel at home right from the moment we entered the perimeter, was very responsive to our needs and made sure everything was ok. The breakfast we had was amazing and tasted delicious! The house is very clean, well equipped and situated in a quiet area, with a pond in the back and a place to sit and enjoy nature. Little Berkeley the dog is a sweetheart, playful, loves a good scratch and will definitely play with you. All in all, we highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back. Miss Maria won our hearts! Thank you for a great stay!

Nice and clean countryside house. Big courtyard, the fireplace was a plus! We spent our evening roasting marshmallows and watching the stars.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect – close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and check-out very easy. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, coffee and other soft drinks. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Your best choice! It is a brand new, modern apartment with all the amenities. It's cozy and glamour at the same time, having a lush and cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend, we will definitely come back!

The apartment really looks like as the pictures are shown. It's a quiet neighborhood and really clean. There is a lot to do in Cluj-Napoca and the guide from the host helped me a lot to see the beautiful city and find really nice places to eat. Roxana reacts really fast when you have any questions and she is very open and clear in communication. I highly recommend this apartment for a stay.

The location of the apartment is excellent, on the shore of the lake. We really appreciated the tranquility in the area, the existence of sunbeds for all guests and kayaking. The cleanliness was also impeccable.

No complaints, private, comfortable and a 10/10 view

The cottage is just wonderful. From the first moments we arrived at the location we were greeted by welcoming hosts, some extremely nice and open people. Then, in terms of location, it was far beyond our expectations. The cottage is perfect for a moment of relaxation with friends or family due to its positioning but also the overall atmosphere felt. As for the decor, you go back in time. Every object is beautifully seated to give you the condition you had when you went to Grandma's house. Although it is arranged in this way, the comfort of the modern world exists due to the amenities it has. I definitely recommend it!!

The house is located in a very quiet village, so if you want to enjoy the silence and the beauty of the nature, this place is perfect. The host was very kind and helped us when we were in trouble with our car. We would like to come back some day.

First of all it is a very interesting location. The fresh air offers together with the view around the house a perfect silence. Conveniences like the barbecue and the outdoor space set up to stay outdoors make rest even more enjoyable. Thanks to the masters for their responsiveness and good mood.

A great location friendly also for families with kids!

Alex's house offered us conditions and hospitality. It is located between a quiet setting with beautiful landscapes. With the opportunity to rest, but also to visit places, like Covasna and Brasov, being at a not too great distance. We thank the hosts and recommend them!

If you want to go to Sibiu, do not stay in the town, book in Porumbacu de Sus at Tibi’s place: quiet, idyllic in the garden, geill your own food, eat outside, pick some apples …. . They have breakfast and they prepare dinner if reserved in advance. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.
