The apartment is located right at the starting point of the “Koberner Burgpfad” (dream trail) hiking trail in the wine village of Kobern-Gondorf on the Moselle. The bedroom with a comfortable, large bed, as well as the spacious kitchen-living room with a comfortable sofa bed, can accommodate up to four people. The "haus in spay" is a historic half-timbered house, built around 1545 in the Moselle village of Zell-Merl. It is located near the river at the foot of a sun-drenched southern slope on the Moselle, the well-known wine region with unique Riesling cultivation and Mediterranean culture. The monument ensemble with main house, the more recent vacation home and steep garden was extensively restored in 8.5 years of construction and mainly in own work according to ecological and traditional criteria.

Late Gothic half-timbered house completely renovated in an ecological sense. It is located directly on the Mosel overlooking the Marienburg and the top vineyards of Pünderich and has a large garden with sunbathing lawn and frigidarium. It is a dream house in a dream location: You reach the apartment through the separate stair tower on the 2nd floor, it consists of bedroom, living room, kitchen and small bathroom. It is furnished with the nostalgic style house with solid wood furniture.

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults. In addition, we will provide you with three electric bikes for the duration of your stay to explore our beautiful countryside.
