The first floor has a bright living room and kitchen, and the second floor has a bedroom and a bench by the window.Equipped with Wi-Fi, kitchen appliances, and a washer and dryer, it is recommended for long-term stays and workations. If you want to enjoy both sightseeing and accommodation, we recommend staying for 2 nights or more. You can enjoy the charm of this place more deeply by visiting Ine Funaya and Amanohashidate during the day and spending a quiet time at the inn at night. It is 30 minutes by car to Ine Funaya and Amanohashidate, and is convenient as a base for sightseeing.Within walking distance, there is the highly transparent "Kotohikihama Beach" and walking spots, so you can enjoy different ways of spending time depending on the season. Manandara-yu is a 1-minute walk away, Konoyu is a 1-minute walk away, and the Kinosaki Ropeway is a 3-minute walk away.It is a 5-minute walk to the night city, such as shooting and souvenir shops. OPEN June 2, 2023!! This building is an inn built on the beach of Hachiohama, with its clear sea. This entire accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. Please use it for family trips, group trips, sports training camps, etc. It takes four minutes to get to the beach. Enjoy your vacation while swimming, surfing, and fishing. There is also a playground and a grassy park by the sea. Amino, where this accommodation is located, has many delicious restaurants and the people who live there are very kind and hospitable. Asamogawa Onsen is also just a short walk away. The accommodation has 4 beds, 6 futons, 2 toilets, 2 sinks, 1 bathroom, a system kitchen and cooking utensils, 2 TVs, a washing machine, and a refrigerator. Longer stays are also possible. The owner is an architect who designed the building down to the last detail.

We have 2 kids and 1 cat living in the house. so if you have any allergy, please tell us beforehand.we will bring cat to another house.

宮津市街中心部に残る築100年の純日本家屋「小粥家」 アンティーク古民具や階段箪笥、長持(布団などを収納する嫁入り道具)が飾られ、昔ながらの日本の暮らしが体験できます。 和貴宮神社裏手に佇み、神社の祝詞が静かに響いてきます。 その先には、2024年1月国の重要文化財に指定された日本最古級の木造教会堂「カトリック宮津教会」があります。 宮津駅から徒歩8分(600m)、海までは5分。スーパー、コンビニ、コインランドリーが徒歩5分圏内にあります。 日本三景·天橋立まで自転車で15分という大変恵まれた立地です。 松並木を走った先にはパワースポットとして名高い「元伊勢籠神社·真名井神社」があります。 伊根の舟屋までは市役所前からバスで約1時間、片道400円でアクセスできます。 古民家のため、家の密閉性はあまりありません。冬は暖房器具を完備していますので寒さはしのげますが、隣家との壁が薄いです。 特に夜間は大きな声や音を出さないよう、よろしくお願いいたします。 家具家財が古いため、10歳未満のお子様のご宿泊はご遠慮ください。 英語対応OK。お気軽にご相談ください。
