A real gem in the city center. The listing corresponds in every respect to what is accessed. Arezki's small touches and communication add to the well-being you feel at his place. The accommodation includes many steps, be careful for those who have difficulty moving around. The hairdryer was missing, Arezki informed me that it had been stolen again (1 per month since the beginning of the year... how rude of previous guests!). a great place for my future trips to Nancy

Patricia's place is as described and photographed. Located 25 minutes' walk to the train station. 10 minutes from Place Stanislas, a little less from the Basilica of Saint-Evre with its shops, restaurants and bars nearby. I would recommend Patricia's place!!

We had a lovely weekend in Eric's wonderful apartment. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the modern bathroom. It was especially nice to have the evenings over a glass of wine on the long table to end in the kitchen. Highly recommended!

Very clean accommodation, easy to access thanks to the host's instructions. Self-check-in and checkout, which allow for real flexibility! Also well-equipped with all the essentials to stay there for a few days! A small downside on the insulation, you can hear the noises from the apartment above quite well.

Excellent stay as a couple, place, clean and quiet. Quick tip, plan to pre-fill the hot tub so as not to drain the hot water directly. Otherwise no complaints, a soothing place, we felt like we were on vacation in our own city. Thank you for your quick response when we needed questions! 10/10! ✨🫶🏽
