The cottage accommodates 6 guests. The cottage is located in the immediate vicinity of ski trails, slopes and nature trails. From the large windows of the living room/kitchen, you can admire the mountain landscape and see the starry sky and the northern lights in the evenings. Distance to the slopes 1.4 km. Villa Magic Sauna Cottage

Villa Magia is situated in Kaukonen village on the banks of the river Ounasjoki. Sauna Cottage as the other log buildings in the courtyard are from the late 19th century. Sauna is recently renovated to suit more modern comforts. The accommodation includes a convertible sofa, a loft bed, a fridge, a microwave oven, a water cooker, a coffee maker, plates, cups and cutlery. But there is no proper kitchen! And in the Sauna Cottage there is a Finnish sauna, of course with a shower and a toilet.

Illuminated ski trails, a ski bus/bus stop and a beach in summer are within walking distance. Cycling and hiking can be accessed directly from the yard of the holiday villa. The villa is great for two families, multiple generations, or even a group of adults on an active holiday. The single-level villa has 4 bedrooms and two separate toilets.
