House vacation rentals in Toshima City

It was the second time I used it, and this time, both adults and children had the best time! The bath was clean and there were some power-ups, so it was easy to use. They were also helpful in responding to questions on the day.Thank you!

This place was incredible. Having a FamilyMart 50m away from the house was so fun. Also the area is very walkable.

Our group of 7 fit comfortably and felt right at home. Shopping, food, and train stations were a close walk. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I cannot recommend this home or our host enough.

We had a fantastic stay here! We had 8 guests, and the house accommodated us well! The host was very kind and welcoming. It was very convenient being so close to the train station, and the location in general had many highlights. I would highly recommend this place for any seeking a well-situated place in Tokyo for a larger group.

It was lovely staying here. It’s slightly further from the main train line but the place is a good walkable distance to the train station. If you require lift access, the entrance for the train station is across the road ~ 5 - 8 min walk. Very spacious for a Japanese home. Would recommend staying here.

15 minutes from Ikebukuro Station, 5 minutes from convenience stores and supermarkets, Ikebukuro Station has many food shops, 2nd floor lobby has plenty of living space, great for 4-6 people. Only cooking utensils are slightly lacking

Situated in a wonderful neighborhood, it's easy to get to Grandma's from anywhere in greater Tokyo. The flat is nestled in a sympathetic and walkable residential area, full of parks, shrines, temples and little shops; numerous stations on various train-, streetcar- and bus lines lie in all directions - so the location is superior. The house itself has been remodelled, preserving much of its original character. The modern bathroom is spacious, and enjoyable, the kitchen perfectly functional. The upstairs bedrooms are flooded with light at daytime, the beds good/quite firm. The main bedroom has a small balcony. By contrast the downstairs area (kitchen/living) area is by nature darker, day and night. The kitchen table has plastic chairs that are comfortable enough for eating and brief socialising, but the ground floor lacks the comfortable furniture and natural light that might beckon guests to linger and lounge. As a home base to sleep, the place is great.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was extremely clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The location is super convenient and just a short walk from Ōtsuka Station, which made it easy to get around Tokyo. The host was absolutely amazing. Always available, very kind, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Communication was smooth and fast, and we truly felt taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again!

House is new and very clean. You can feel this from walking on the floor It’s a safe and quiet compared to the other side of Ikebukuro station. A park and super market in walking distance is pleasant Host is very responsive and friendly. They solve the WiFi issue immediately. TV height is a little high. Everything is new and works well. Even expected, the narrow floor plan and going up/downstairs everyday is still tough. But kids love the separation from parents. Overall a good value in this expensive Tōkyō life

we enjoyed our stay here! sugamo is a cute place and it was very nice to have so many food options nearby (there was a bakery underneath the airbnb and 7/11 nearby). the room was clean and very nice! the shower had excellent water pressure (with shampoo and body wash provided) and the bed was super comfortable. there was some noise (e.g. singing, bells, announcements) from the children’s school our room faced in the morning but it wasn’t too noisy. the coin operated laundry (only took ¥100 coins) was intuitive and good to have. lastly, we were able to store our suitcases here past the checkout time which was quite nice 😊 all in all, would highly recommend and return! thank you zero 🙇

The air bath was excellent. There’s nothing quite like bathing and showering in nature warmly and sanitarily. The house is creatively designed, using every nook well. I enjoyed experiencing natural light from unexpected places. It’s quite the contrast to Shibuya, which we wanted so we could sleep well. Yet, it is still surrounded by cool cultural and spiritual things from shops to food to Shinto shrines and sanctuaries. I would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Yoko's place. Close to both subway and train stations. Very safe neighborhood even as we walked home at 11pm thru the back alley. We had little issue with locating the address but it is due to us not being familiar with Japan. Yoko responded right away when I messaged her and it was a smooth sailing after that. We would definitely rent her place in the future.

Toshi’s place is really nice, small and cozy. The space is used very well, you can find everything you might need in a place to sleep. The location is great , in a quiet neighbourhood with konbini and metro close by. Check in was simple and It’s worth for what you pay. I recommend it to anyone staying in tokyo

Great place near yamanote line, a bit cramped for more than 5 people, but it still was nice, neighborhood was quiet and clean, although it got some incline that could be quiet taxing after a long day trip. Bathroom was clean with complete amenites, however its placed in a same room that may not guarantee a lot of privacy if you're traveling with friends

Nice homestay, very convenient to stay, ready to stay, very clean inside, very close to the subway station, very convenient to go back.When traveling, the location is not far from Ikebukuro, Shinjuku and Ueno, and it is also easy to shop and go to Mt. Fuji.The host was also very friendly, and we had a great time during our short stay.

We loved staying here! The neighborhood was quiet, it was close to several grocery stores and restaurants and it was easy to get to the subway. The house was adorable, it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Tokyo!
