A steep staircase leads up to two small rooms and a toilet in the loft above our storage room/carpenter's shop (shower at the entrance). Fridge and water boiler available. Bed linen and towels are not included (available for rent SEK 100/guest). The guest cleans and throws away garbage after themselves. Pets allowed. Check yourself in with the lockbox. Check-in from 4:00 p.m. Check-out before 11:00 am

The house has the best location on Sönneberget and with a large pool on the property and 100 meters to the sea, you can always take a cooling dip. Possibility to also rent the boat, which is located right by the terrace in the canal. There are 2 bicycles.
