Beija-Flor House is a big house, with small garden and backyard with barbecue and outdoor furniture. Everyone likes this area. It has two floors, linked by a wooden stair. 4 bedrooms, all of them with private WC. You can park your car in the private and secure external area. Casa do Pezorro (family nickname) is a typical house from Ericeira: dressed in white with blue shades. First built by our great-grandfather for cattle use, it was transformed into a home by our grandmother, in the 60s. In 2020 me and my brother decided to rent it. We still come to enjoy the seaside, when available. The house is in Ribamar, next to Portugal's famous surf spots and seafood restaurants. Walkable distance to the beach. Ericeira is 3km away. PM if you’re looking for a long stay.

The room features two spacious beds adorned with patterned pillows and neatly stacked towels. A window allows natural light to fill the space, offering views of the ocean and coastal scenery. Wall decor includes woven baskets and a plant, enhancing the tranquil atmosphere.

Downstairs double sleeper sofa ,full kitchen , bathroom, and exterior common area shared with 4 other villas on property. Though occupancy is for 4 guests (max), this unit being the smallest in size compared to the 4 other units on the property 2 quest are ideal Therefore, The ( price $ reflects/size of this unit ) A.L. is owner operated .

Cozy and fully renovated 3 floors house with great seaviews on each floor, garden with barbecue and an amazing rooftop terrace with an incredible sunset over the sea. The house is located in a private condominium (closed environment) 15 minutes walking from Ericeira village center and 5 minutes from the beach and main surf spots. The condominium is very quiet and pleasant, 24 hours security, tennis courts and green areas. The perfect place for your vacations!!!
