Sintra River House, a restored watermill with capacity up to 3 persons, features 1 double bedroom, 1 living room with sofa bed (Wi-Fi, AC, TV), 1 bathroom and 1 fully equipped kitchen. Fontanelas village is located in a 2min drive (1,2Km), where there are several restaurants, cafes, minimarket and pharmacy. The beach is located in a 3min (2,2Km) drive and Sintra center, 18min (10,9Km).

The cottages have been restored respecting the original architecture yet designed with a modern aesthetic by Paratelier architects. Lisbon's 13th century wall, the "Muralha Fernandina", is integrated into the back wall of each of the living rooms.

Each house has private parking, barbecue and lawn, bed linen, bathroom towels and swimming pool. Only the pool is shared (5m/9m). Great internet for leisure /work and 90 Meo TV channels. Minimum 2 people and maximum 4. We don't allow unaccompanied visitors/stays. Extra €10 per person for a meal or to use the pool.

The “Casa do Caseiro” is a small cottage, located between the mountain and the sea, 35km away from Lisbon and 5 minutes to Sintra, in Colares Village. It's locatted in the heart of the natural park. It has a garden with plenty of space to rest or to have an enjoyable dinner “al fresco”. In the attic you can find the bedroom, and on the ground floor the living room and a small office with a sofa bed for extra guests. Here you can rest, relax, read or write.

The house which went through a recent renovation is a traditional Portuguese house with a yard, a barbecue and also one parking spot.
