Our space has 6 bedrooms (2 with air and the others with a fan), one of the suites with a hot tub (without heating). It accommodates 16 people. The outdoor area has a heated pool and waterfall, party room with pool table and Ping Pong, barbecue, fully equipped kitchen and 2 garages. It is 150 m from Itapeva Beach, 10 minutes from Torres, Ocean View and Lagoa Jardim. You can enjoy an amazing vacation in our space and relax next to the lush nature of the lagoon.

The house is 600 meters from Cal Beach and the same distance from the entrance to Guarita Park. In fact, the house is on the street that leads to the park. Lagoa do Violão is two blocks from the house, a beautiful place for a walk. Children love the lagoon because it is populated by many fish and turtles, as well as herons and various types of birds.
