It is a private apartment that is on the ground floor, inside a patio with more rooms for rent where I live with my family. It is a quiet and safe environment. The space is 500 meters from Cal Beach and 500 meters from the Guarita Beach portico. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed + a single sofa bed, a bathroom and a kitchen. We have parking ONLY AT NIGHT, in a closed and secure patio, but it is not covered. THE APARTMENT IS SUITABLE FOR UP TO 3 PEOPLE, WHETHER CHILDREN OR ADULTS.

Our house is in front of Lagoa do Guão and has this space for rent in the back. It's on Cal beach, just a few blocks from the sea. Quiet and quiet place, for those who want to rest and enjoy the pool. Between our house (we are a couple and two children) and the space, there is a large lawn and the pool with solar heating... a delight. The space is large, but has only one bedroom and comfortably accommodates 4 people. It's the second year of rent and whoever came last season loved it!!
