The tranquility and seclusion in nature were very nice. Especially the many opportunities to spend time outside on the terrace and in the garden. Birdsong included... Everything is very private, you are on your own. Due to cool and wet weather, we also had to move indoors. It was worth it to be in this beautiful house. We were very comfortable there. The small apartment is really fantastically located. The upstream road hardly bothered us, as the view of the sea and the dune landscape - both in stormy-rainy weather and in sunshine - is simply fantastic. We liked to take the slightly longer walk to restaurants and shopping (about 20-30 minutes on foot) as an opportunity for extensive morning walks by the sea and through the (seasonal) still somewhat sleepy streets of Torre di San Giovanni, which is characterized by vacation, weekend and summer houses. Overall, a great starting point for excursions throughout Salento. As already described several times, the apartment with the small kitchen is excellently equipped, we did not miss anything here at all. Communication with Emanuela and her parents is exemplary. We could not try out all the restaurant tips, but when we asked, we had helpful and targeted answers after 30 minutes at the latest! Thanks for the unforgettable days!!!

Very nice place to stay, very quiet, nestled in a lovely landscape. Unfortunately, some utensils are missing in the kitchen to be able to cook yourself (peeler, good pans, cereal bowls, among others). Would be great if that was added. Otherwise, we were extremely satisfied.

We spent 2 weeks in the shark of Francesco by the sea with two grandmas. The location is really fantastic. The sea starts right outside the terrace. A small mini sand beach is 7 meters away, a smaller bay about 20 meters and a slightly larger bay 50 - 100 meters. The more extensive sandy beaches in the north can be reached by car in about 5-10 minutes, in the south in about 20 minutes. We spent two weeks here in April and enjoyed the tranquility. At that time of the year, there was not so much activity but some restaurants were already open. As well as the small supermarket in the village. The house is divided into two units with the courtyard as a meeting point or "chill area". The grill is practical and all technical equipment worked perfectly. The amenities are also extensive but not overboarding. We lacked nothing. As a welcome, Francesco (the first guests of the season) has basic amenities (oil, salt, sugar, coffee, wine) Everything is great

Once again a wonderful stay at Lorenzo's. We had already come last year and everything was so perfect that we came back this year. Lorenzo responds quickly to messages. The house is very clean and is perfect with young children. The welcome is incredible, dinner was waiting for us every time and we even had enough to have breakfast the next morning. We can only highly recommend it. In addition, the apartment is in a very good location and is close to beautiful beaches.

Had a great stay! The place was exactly as described – tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location was perfect: quiet, but still well connected. I particularly liked the outdoor area with pool. Bea was super friendly, helpful and always available. I'd come back anytime – absolutely recommended!

Wonderful stay in a very peaceful location. Enea was very prompt with communication and met us at the property. A lovely couple who greeted us with kindness. We were even left some local bakeries 😋 The villa itself is perfect, with lots to see and do around. We particularly liked being able to walk or cycle to the beach and also the nearby town of Gallipoli. Thanks again for having us!

Stefania's house is not on a nature-protected coast, surrounded by a huge garden with beautiful plants, from which you can see the sea from everywhere. We had a perfect stay in Stefania's house and felt extremely comfortable. For people who love nature, this place is an absolute paradise and Stefania is an unrestricted excellent host who does everything at all times to make her guests feel comfortable. Since we had our dog Anton with us, the large garden was also a perfect place for him. From the grounds you can take wonderful walks along small country roads all the way down to the sea. The coast in this region is stunningly beautiful with lots of small coves and wonderful hiking opportunities. We fully recommend Stefania and her heavenly garden. A beautiful place to explore wider Puglia from. Great host. Would return. Situated just north of Porto Cesareo. Car essential with parking space inside secure perimeter walls. Most sights were 45-90 minute drive. Modern, clean with comfortable furnishings and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Self-catered: 20 mins to nearest Lidl. Short drive to reach restaurants (10 minutes). End of October still warm and sunny in daytime (shorts, t-shirt and slides). Able to swim in small pool (very refreshing though ☺️) and in the sea at nearby beach (5 mins walk: sandy and shallow). Arrived after a severe rain so suffered more with mosquitoes outside which stopped us sitting out in the evenings sadly. Solar-powered hot water very limited (max 2 very short showers). No hot water from kitchen tap. Immersion heater did not seem to get temperature past tepid even after a couple of hours. Would be less of an issue in high summer. Out of season largely was silent around (beach club noise one evening).

We stayed at this lovely place for two weeks and couldn't have had a better time. The place is beautiful, very clean and has everything you need. The host was also very kind and always quick to respond and help when needed. Besides having a great little pool, it's also close to the sea with many amazing swimming spots nearby.

A magical place where nature is the star! Despite the incredible beauty of the house, with attention to every single detail, what takes your breath away are the garden and the priceless view. I hope to return soon to this place where time seems to flow at a calmer pace. Suitable for enjoying every single moment in this paradise.

A true Puglian paradise! We were welcomed by the host who left a map with loads of recommendations for restaurants, bars and activities, which was very helpful! One thing in particular that stood out was the well-stocked kitchen (fruit, vegetables, wine, water and plenty of coffee). You don’t see that very often, which made us feel very welcome from the start. The house cat was very cute and so were her 4 kittens! 😻

This is the kind of place that I wish would stay secret because it is so perfect. The appartment is on a high floor of a beautiful building overlooking the water, with gorgeous sea views from the windows. The amenities were as described. The beds are comfortable and I'll be dreaming of the master bedroom with that view on the sea. Walking down to the sea at the base of the building takes you to a gorgeous cliffside bay and there are sun chairs to lay out with a parasol. Access into the water wasn't as easy as I expected, but we were also there at a time of year where the sea was still cool and there were waves big enough to make us second guess swimming there. The village was quite quiet as we were off season, with many storefronts and restaurants still shut down. We enjoyed the quiet and made use of our rented car to explore surrounding villages. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a serene, well located, quiet getaway with a wonderful host.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful 5 night stay at the beautifully appointed and well located home. We went to the stunning natural pool at the bottom of the street at least once every day and if you love to swim and the sea it's heavenly. Nearby Tricase is an interesting town with good supermarkets, restaurants and shops. We went to Etimo spa about 5 minutes from the home and can highly recommend that place. Maria Teresa's home is very private and has a very large yard and garden surrounding it. We cooked half the meals at home and found everything we needed including a great coffee machine. She is the perfect host and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. I'd recommend spending at least three nights here but we wish we had a month to stay!

My stay in Parabita was truly unforgettable. The location is absolutely stunning, offering beautiful surroundings and a perfect setting to relax and enjoy the charm of Puglia. The house itself is spectacular—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Massimo, the host, was exceptional—always attentive and incredibly kind, making sure every detail was taken care of. His hospitality made the experience even more special. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of southern Italy in a gorgeous home with a wonderful host.

Stefania's place was perfect! we couldn't ask for more. Big modern flat with balconies facing the sea. plenty of parking and very close to Old town. the flat had everything you might need. I would book again for sure.

10 great April days in Cecilia's house - initially windy-cool, then spring-warm, so we could also swim in the sea. In 10 minutes, beautiful beaches can be reached by car (Pescoluse), in 30 minutes you are in picturesque Gallipoli, where we were able to attend the Easter procession. Recommended are the "Petra" in Salignano, the Pasticceria Artisan in Morciano and the Cafereccio in Torre Vado. The weekly markets in the villages are worthwhile, as are excursions to Lecce and hikes in the Parco Naturale di Porto Selvaggio. Cecilia's house has everything you need: a great view from the terrace, a super-equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms, a nice living atmosphere. Many thanks to Cecilia, as well as to Cosimo and Fernanda for the friendly check-in/out. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful apartment. This season this Airbnb ticks all the boxes. It's a real paradise. We had a great week. You can't miss the sunrise over the sea. Access to the sea is a little sporty and requires appropriate shoes, as recommended by Livia. But the pleasure is intense. The small beach of Acqua Viva a little further away is very popular but absolutely fabulous. The recommendations for nearby restaurants served us well. We used this address to spread throughout Salento. The hosts of the apartment downstairs were charming and quiet. We highly recommend it.

Our stay here was a paradise. The super clean house was charming, eco friendly, nature filled and extremely well equipped. The location was quiet and yet very close to cafe supermarket and beach/swim places. Remarkable restaurants also.
