Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Torre Saracena

Zuvorkommender, herzlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, er hat uns bei der Ankunft an der Busstation abgeholt und sogar angeboten uns in Lecce abzuholen (was wir nicht annehmen wollten). Wunderschöner Garten mit vielen blühenden Blumen, riesige Terrasse mit wertigen Holzgartenmöbeln eingerichtet. Wohnung grosszügig, Küche nicht mehr ganz neu, aber es hat wirklich alles was es braucht. Leider ist der Weg ins Dorf und zum Strand sehr weit zu Fuss (Distanz zum Strand laut Google-Maps 1.2 km).

Gabriella's place was absolutely stunning! The photos can't do the beautiful grounds and landscape justice. Both Gabriella and Clara were extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had questions, and their local suggestions for beaches, sights and restaurants were great. Both ourselves and our friends (who were staying at one of the other villas on the property) were travelling with infants, and found the layout and amenities (they tracked down a second set of cribs/high chairs for us) great for children. Would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Salento.

The accommodation felt so authentic, it was wonderful. Coming back from a hot day outside, it was like going back in time when entering the fresh house. The location is very central and makes it easy to visit both the Adriatic and the Ionian coast if you have a car. I would 100% recommend!!

My husband and I were in town for a wedding. The church was 2 mins walking from the Airbnb and it was very convenient findingg everything in town. There were plenty of places where we could eat, drink and shop. We love the private space and the location was not on the main street so noise was surprisingly lower than I expected it to be. The host checked in to make sure we were ok and was responsive. It was about 8 min walk from the train station making it very convenient for us. I would definitely booked again if I'm in Lecce again.

un logement parfait , avec beaucoup de commodités et proche d'Otrento . paisible avec son jardin privé , ses deux chambres avec leur propre salle de bains . L'accueil de Gianni est remarquable , de très bons conseils en autre sur la boulangerie du village qui est exceptionnel. l'ambiance de ce petit village est génial, avec ses rues pavés . le logement est sécurisé et climatisé . la chambre du RDC est très belle , les 2 SDB sont très pratiques toutes les commodités sont proches et on peut faire à pied ( boulangerie / COOP ) je reviendrai avec un très grand plaisir . ce logement est une pépite !!!!!

The apartment is very spacious and has a very comfortable, homey feel. The private terrace is lovely. It is a perfect location on a side street not far from all the attractions and various shops. We would definitely stay here again. Mario was very helpful and responsive with the remote check in.

Wonderful stay! Ilario met us in the street to make sure we were parked in the right spot. He took us in and explained the construction of the home, which was very interesting. He provided us with a map and recommendations on restaurants and things to do. Great location. Walkable to many of the sites and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Le logement est cobforme au descriptif. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans une maison typique de la région, à l'intérieur des terres mais à proximité de nombreux lieux touristiques notamment sur la côte. Un endroit calme où se reposer après une journée chaude et active, pleine de découvertes. L'air conditionné dans la chambre est un plus. Et par dessus tout, un accueil sincère et chaleureux :-) Merci pour les petites attentions :-)

Die Unterkunft und Lage waren noch besser als wir es erwartet hatten. Der Pajare liegt neben Todds Haus auf einem riesigen Grundstück in leichter Hanglage, so dass man von der Terasse oder noch besser, vom Dach des Pajare das Meer sehen kann. Es ist ein ruhiges entspanntes Leben mitten in der Natur. Die Tiere (eine Katze, ein Gecko und viele Eidechsen) haben wir richtig lieb gewonnen. Wir hatten das Grundstück ganz für uns alleine, da Todd noch nicht da war. Aber er war immer erreichbar und gab uns viele gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Vor Ort kümmert sich Michele um alles. Er hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles gezeigt und uns einen Sonnenschirm für den Strand zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Umgebung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Orte sind noch sehr authentisch. Der letzte Weg zum Grundstück ist nur ein schmaler Feldweg, wir waren zunächst unsicher, ob wir dort richtig sind. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

We arrived and departed with a „WOW“ on our lips. The place of Bea is so special und unique - it is obvious how much love and care is put into this place. It is good to relax and enjoy the fabulous pool! We would love to come back!

It was such a pleasure to spend a few days at this hidden gem, hosted by Emanuele, his wife Laura, sister Giulia, and parents Simonetta and Tomasso, all of whom made us feel right at home. We were spoiled by the daily breakfasts they prepared, and Emanuele provided many great local recommendations for us. The pool and surroundings are so peaceful, and the room was very comfortable. We could not have asked for a better place to explore Salento from, or for more generous and welcoming hosts!

We loved Palazzo Umberto and felt a bit overwhelmed (in a good way) with its beauty and grounds full of lemons, limes and oranges. The space was perfect for two couples and we had lots of room to spread out. The furnishings are beautiful and the linens are gorgeous! Everything smelled so clean. It was great to have access to a washing machine as well. We also got to experience Poggiardo’s adorable streets, the market and the best supermarket Conad. Thank you Maria for sharing your home with us.

Siamo appena tornati dal Salento, e già si respira una malinconia che fa venire voglia di ripartire. E' stato tutto perfetto, una settimana di puro relax. Pamela è un host estremamente cordiale e, anche se ci siamo sentite solo per messaggio, è sempre stata reattiva rispondendo subito ad ogni comunicazione. Ci ha accolto Marta: è una simpaticissima ragazza salentina che è stata sempre presente ma discreta, ci ha fornito tante informazioni sui dintorni e su ogni cosa potesse esserci utile. Il punto di incontro è facile da trovare, poi siamo stati accompagnati alla proprietà dove Marta ci ha mostrato la casa e spiegato ogni cosa. Chiamarla casa è molto riduttivo, il trullo è una vera oasi circondata dagli ulivi, caratteristico, curato, pulito e la piscina privata compensa la distanza dal mare. Ringraziamo sia Pamela che Marta, porteremo un po' di Salento nel cuore sperando di tornare ancora. Nicolai e Luciana

I booked this villa for my family for a mini trip and everything was perfect. Beautiful house, lovely location and Marco was an exceptional host. Extremely good value for money given the standard of the accommodation. Would absolutley have no hesitation in recommending Marcos place

We had the most amazing time at the Masseria! The property is beautifully curated … rooms full of character and quirky details, spacious and most of all homely . The large outdoor area allows for al fresco dining and plenty of socialising. Beautiful pool area and gardens …the attention to detail is incredible. Thank you Francesca for creating such a wonderful home and allowing us to share it !

Un luogo magico dove la natura è la protagonista! nonostante l’incredibile bellezza della casa, curata ogni singolo particolare, ciò che mozza il fiato sono il giardino e l’impagabile vista. Spero di poter tornare presto in questo luogo dove il tempo sembra scorrere ad un ritmo più calmo. Adatto a godersi ogni singolo istante in questo paradiso.

Wir verbrachten vier wundervolle Tage in der Unterkunft von Matteo. Der Check-in erfolgte durch seinen Vater, der uns den Schlüssel persönlich übergab und auch beim Check-out nochmals vorbeikam – sogar mit einem kleinen Gastgeschenk. Die Unterkunft entspricht genau den Fotos, und die Aussicht über das Meer ist einfach traumhaft. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, es hat wirklich alles, was man braucht. Matteo war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit schnell per SMS erreichbar. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Havre de paix, en campagne mais très proche de la ville à pied et très proche de la mer. Nos hôtes nous ont gâté avec des produits locaux de leur production, ce dont nous les remercions vivement. Paul et Nathalie

Wir haben uns in Martas Apartment total wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war großartig. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön mit tollen Bademöglichkeiten. Sehr zu empfehlen ist ein Besuch in Martas Olivenölmühle. Auf unserer Reise durch Süditalien war Martas Apartment das Highlight.

We had a really great time at Valerias place. Everything is as described and better. Daniela welcomed us warmly and throughout our 3 weeks there she was always reachable and happy to help us out. Valerias cosy house was a great base for us from which we we able to explore the beautiful beaches and towns of the Salento region. On cloudier days our two sons (1 and 2) enjoyed playing in the closed backyard. The pizzeria next door offers delicious pizza and pasta and they even Lent us a vacuum cleaner to clean out the rental car. The same basically goes for the whole town. Everybody was really friendly and welcoming, especially towards our kids 🙃. Close by you can also find a really nice bakery with delicious bread, pinsa and other delicacies. I could go on like this for some time, but I don't want to bore anyone with the details of our trip. So to wrap it up: I can fully recommend staying at Valeria's! We would love to come back some day.

Toccata e fuga nel Salento entramente piacevole. La posizione strategica per spostarsi e vedere diverse località, quasi tutto a distanza di 30-40 Min verso Lecce, e ad un' oretta circa da Otranto. Alessandro è stato un host molto piacevole e ci ha fornito indicazioni utili anche su dove mangiare. Alloggio essenziale ma confortevole, immerso nel verde e nel relax. Unica pecca forse la mancanza di condizionatore ma problema arginato in parte dalla presenza del ventilatore e dalla posizione comunque alberata e decisamente ventilata. Esperienza nel complesso molto piacevole. Consigliato!

Magnifique appartement. À cette saison cet Airbnb coche toutes les cases. C’est un vrai paradis. Nous avons passé une semaine formidable. Impossible de manque le lever du soleil sur la mer. L’accès à la mer est un peu sportif et nécessite des chaussures appropriées, comme recommandées par Livia. Mais le plaisir est intense. La petite plage d’Acqua Viva un peu plus loin est fort prisée mais absolument fabuleuse. Les recommandations de restaurants alentours nous ont bien servi. Nous avons utilisé cette adresse pour rayonner dans tous le Salento. Les hôtes de l’appartement du dessous étaient charmants et calmes. Nous recommandons vivement.

We loved this place in between sea and pine forest, tucked away at the edge of the village. Coffee outside looking a sea and forest was a treat. The friendliness of the older couple owners was special. They live next door in the summer months. The place is private and you can park right outside the door. The beaches are rocky around there, though there is a bit of town beach it’s better to drive out to the Bay of Turks. There are a few restaurants very close. A few minutes walk. Some walks around the cliffs. Otranto is a lovely city nearby. The apartment is very well appointed. Nice bathroom, good bed. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

La casa è veramente molto spaziosa e la posizione vicina a molti luoghi di interesse del salento la rende ottima per chi vuole un po' di tranquillità per le sue vacanze e gli permette di visitare in poco tempo tutto il salento. Camilla è sempre stata disponibile e chiara per ogni nostro dubbio. Consigliatissimo
