Proprietari molto gentili e sempre disponibili. Casa grande, pulita ed ordinata ,con ampi spazi interni ed esterni. Parcheggio interno privato e comodo supermarket di fronte a casa, ben fornito. In 10 minuti in auto si arriva alle bellissime spiagge della zona e in 15 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro dove si trovano locali e ristoranti.

Stefanias Haus Nicht an einer naturgeschützten Küste, umgeben von einem riesigen Garten mit wunderschönen Pflanzen, von die man von überall das Meer sieht. Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt ins Stefanias Haus und haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Für Menschen, die die Natur lieben, ist dieser Ort ein absolutes Paradies und Stefania ist eine Uneingeschränkt hervorragende Gastgeberin, die zu jederzeit alles tut, damit sich ihre Gäste wohl fühlen. Da wir unseren Hund Anton dabei hatten, war der große Garten auch für ihn ein perfekter Ort. Von dem Gelände aus kann man wunderbare Spaziergänge über kleine Feldwege auch bis hinunter zum Meer machen. Die Küste in dieser Region ist atemberaubend schön mit vielen kleinen buchten und herrlichen Wandermöglichkeiten. Wir können Stefania und ihren paradiesischen Garten uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Eine absolute Wohlfühl-Unterkunft – liebevoll, praktisch und direkt am Strand Die Unterkunft war mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Besonders toll fanden wir die Ausstattung: Es standen Strandstühle und Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung, sowie ein nagelneuer Grill. In der Küche gab es alles, was man für einen entspannten Start in den Tag braucht – inklusive einer Kapselmaschine mit zwei Sorten Kaffee (normal & koffeinarm) und sogar die klassische italienische Mokkakanne für echten Espresso-Genuss. Gianni war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber – herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Er hat uns mit einer Flasche Wein und traditionellem Gebäck begrüßt, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Zwischendurch hat er sich immer wieder erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist – sehr aufmerksam, aber nie aufdringlich. Die Lage ist traumhaft – nur ein paar Meter zu einem wunderschönen, weißen Sandstrand mit Beachbar und Liegestuhlverleih. Perfekt

We loved the property. Sophia was a perfect host. When we forgot our home keys, she made sure we collect them without a problem. If we can we want to come back with our friends to enjoy this beautiful farm house during summer. It would be perfect for 3-4 families as a base.

Molto felice e soddisfatta del soggiorno e della casa. La posizione a 2 passi dal mare è comodissima soprattutto con una bambina . Visto il periodo tanti ristoranti e bar sono chiusi o aprono solo il sabato e domenica e sono quasi tutti raggiungibili a piedi. Se no a 10 minuti di macchina ci sono altre opzioni. La casa è molto spaziosa, con 2 belle camere, soggiorno ampio, bel bagno e cucina ben attrezzata. Si vede che il Sig. Pancrazio e la moglie sono molto attenti e vogliono far sentire a casa i loro ospiti.

Appartamento ben accessoriato e pulitissimo, davvero a 30 metri dalla spiaggia. Comodissimo soprattutto con i bambini! Terrazza molto carina e comodissima doccia esterna.

S+E’s centrally located, comfortable, spacious, and clean studio apartment in addition to their hospitality and kindness helped to make my vacation fantastic. They were flexible with my check-in, greeted me upon arrival, and showed me the place. The unit is within a 5-10-minute walk to many restaurants and shops in beautiful Porto Cesareo. I appreciated the full kitchen, mokkapot, and beach umbrella in addition to the screens on the windows and darkness of the room while sleeping. They provided snacks, which I enjoyed, in addition to milk and sweets. I appreciate their son’s assistance with checking in and out, too. The unit has ample on-street parking, and often there was a spot open right in front the rental unit. Thank you, S, E, and son for opening your unit to me. You’re such kind and caring people and hosts!.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo appartamento a Torre Lapillo e siamo rimasti assolutamente entusiasti! L'accoglienza è stata eccellente fin dal primo momento, con Stefano estremamente disponibile e gentile. Ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa e ha risposto a ogni nostra esigenza con grande premura. L'appartamento è una vera perla: si trova direttamente su una spiaggia da sogno, con un mare cristallino che ti lascia senza fiato. Inoltre, è dotato di tutti i comfort immaginabili, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno incredibilmente piacevole e rilassante. Non mancava davvero nulla! Siamo stati benissimo e non vediamo l'ora di tornarci. Lo consigliamo vivamente a chiunque cerchi una vacanza indimenticabile in Salento!
