Great place, less than 5 minute walk to the Porto Frailis beach. You can see the beach as soon as you leave the place. Very spacious house, we had our own parking spot, and nice garden at the entrance. Very recommended!

Pierpaolo is a wonderful host. We spent a fantastic week at his house with our two small children. Although we didn't meet him in person, everything was perfectly organized. There was no issue when we arrived later than expected. Pierpaolo gave us clear instructions on how to enter the house, and a welcome bottle of wine was waiting for us in the fridge! The house had all the necessary amenities and even more than we expected. Pierpaolo even asked if we needed a changing table for our 4-month-old, as he could easily provide one for us. I highly recommend staying here! The area is peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle. It's about an 8-minute walk to the beach, just as described in the offer. Along the way, there's a small shop with a restaurant offering very good and affordable food. There's also a restaurant with a bar on the beach. For sure, to get around this area or do some shopping, you would need a car. Thank you Pierpaolo for hosting us :)

Very nice place, lovely beaches with great eateries. Bring swimming shoes! There is only 1 stone-free beach, but never too difficult in terms of stones. The night boat from Genoa to Sardinia and back: not to cut back! Again; Sardinia is large, but within a radius of 60 km you see a lot. Enjoy the beach and eat locally. Ivo always helps, fast and good.

We had a wonderful and relaxing week in Santa Maria Navarrese. Loredana's apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood only about 5 min walk from the beach. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, very cozy and sparkling clean. Everything is brand new. The summer heat at noon can be perfectly escaped through the A/C in all rooms. From cozy beds to a fully equipped kitchen, everything is perfect. But on an Airbnb rental, the most important thing last!!........ that's of course the hostess :-). Loredana!! She is a fantastic host...!! We had caused damage in the kitchen... how confident and warm she reacted was already extraordinary ... Grazie Loredana

The accommodation is very nice and well-kept. Very well equipped and perfect in all its spaces including the parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we could use little! Highly recommended

This place was just great for our weekly stay in Santa Maria Navarese, kids really loved this small spot upstairs from living room. Minimalistic and unified design makes the apartment kind of unique. This shelf in the living room was really great for working and have coffee or beer on the terrace with see view was always nice. Of course there are some cones, but not major ones. Bathroom seems to be fairy older than the appartment - my rating 3/5. Internet speed is ok for work just in the morning (20/10Mbps). In the evenings it was so slow, that I rather used 5G (Windtre operator) with good speed.

We spent a week at Antonio's place. The house has a very nice atmosphere and we enjoyed our stay there. The house is well equipped with everything. There's one A/C in the whole unit (in living/dining room) but it was enough for us to cool down the whole house. The house is very centrally located, so there will be some people traffic around, especially in the evening hours, but it didn't affect us at all. Nice front porch with plenty of space and there's also a little back porch with outside shower and a laundry room with an additional toilet. There is no private parking but it's easy to park anywhere on the streets. We never had a problem. In Santa Maria Navaresse everything is walking distance. It's a tiny village but very peaceful and beautiful. Antonio and his family welcomed us with joy, even though we arrived pretty late into the evening. We also got to taste his home made liquor. I can only wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Fabulous getaway close to great beaches and lovely food. Fabio had lots of recommendations and whilst we didn’t end up using the kayak or bikes it was great to have as an option! Thanks Fabio, we’ll be back!

Marco's apartment/house is very nicely located on the upper slope, is equipped with a wraparound terrace and has a great view. It was all very clean as well as well and newly furnished. The area around the pool is also very nice, which we liked to use. We also found it very nice that the beach was within walking distance. This allows you to go to the beach again in the evening, which offers a very nice atmosphere and atmosphere. Overall, Marco's place is a nice base for a successful family vacation! However, you should know that the accommodation is the upper floor of a two-story house, of which the lower is also inhabited. The entrances are separate, but you are not alone in the accommodation. We were not aware of this fact from the description and we probably wouldn't have rented it then. But it was still a nice week and we can definitely recommend the place.

Homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine to welcome you. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea views and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with a large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything was okay. We enjoyed the time fully. If you're looking for tourist crowds, you'll certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

Our family of five had a fantastic stay at this holiday villa in Sardinia. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a washing machine, fridge freezer, air conditioning, and a variety of utensils, which made our stay very comfortable and convenient. The villa was incredibly quiet and relaxing, providing the perfect getaway atmosphere. One of the highlights was its proximity to the beach and the Shardan café/restaurant, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline and local cuisine. Additionally, Domenica was always just a text message away, ready to offer any help or advice we needed, which was a great comfort. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed holiday spot in Sardinia.

Great appartement where my wife, our 1,5y old daughter and I stayed for 4 nights. The pool is great and the apartment as advertised. Very well equipped. Dominique was very responsive and helpful. A fantastic place to relax and go to the beach. Don't expect too much of the area in terms of things to do. It is beautiful but very quiet. Overall a great stay!

Excellent stay for a very relaxing 11day holiday with 2 children. Place perfect for the children with additional amenities like night lights which was great. Pool shared with 4 other villas but only 1 other villa occupied and practically had to ourselves. The View from the garden and pool was stunning, better than the pictures! Very clean and comfortable villa with air con, great outdoor space, walking distance to the sandy beach (with children age 5 and 3 15-20mins). Beach was perfect for children. Rocky beach 5minutes from the villa but the sandy beach was much better. Fully equipped kitchen and excellent outdoor BBQ space (we bought our children’s plastic plates/cups after asking Valentina). Surprised no wifi available and the phone signal was quite intermittent. Valentina was very friendly, proactive, answered questions straight away and had great recommendations. The flat has direct access to the beach and a nice terrace for eating. Giuseppina offered us wine, olive oil and fruits to welcome us. The nearby airport is currently not in operation

We spent one week with our two dogs at Alessandras gorgeous Beach House. The house is situated in a quiet part of the east coast with amazing beaches and beautiful mountains. The house was exactly as pictured and provided everything we needed and even more. There are plenty of deck chairs, tables and chairs on the porches, so you can always find a spot in the shade or in the sun. Our dogs enjoyed the garden which is fenced so they could run free on the property. There is even an ocean kajak for you to use. Just one minute from the house is a long sandy beach with a nice beach bar at the other end of the beach and another beach with small cliffs perfect for snorkeling one minute in the other direction. A little shop with bread and some groceries is within walking distance. Alessandra was the perfect host, very friendly and always reachable but still left us all the privacy needed. She gave us great advice for trips around the area including Cala Goloritzé. 100% Satisfaction! Grazie Alex

Fabio is a really friendly and very responsive host, although we unfortunately could not meet him in person. You get entrusted with this fully equipped private house as if you were from your family. Perfect in sun and wind as well as in the evening with starry skies: the almost fully covered terrace with great views of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Swimming and snorkeling right between the rocks under the garden with no problem access to the water. Top sand beach Foxi-Manna a walk far and with nice bars. Visited very little in the first days of October. Fabio's extensive tips (beaches, restaurants, etc.) were very valuable. You have everything you need for a truly private holiday. We have made some excursions. For this, you have to drive from the scenic cauldron of the marina towards Tertenia. There connection to the north-south connection. Thanks to Fabio!

We are both in our early 60s and enjoyed the tranquility, surroundings, proximity to the sea and the cozy cottage immensely. The amenities inside and outside were just outstanding. Large refrigerator, freezer, super kitchen, bathroom and also the outdoor shower....everything wonderful. When we ran out of gas, a new gas bottle was connected within just one hour and we had hot water again. Communication was simply excellent. Finding the property was a bit adventurous but lastly, it was easy. The beach was very close and also reachable in less than 10 minutes with my new knee joint. We have rarely felt so comfortable and will be happy to come back. However, if you are looking for action and many bars and the like, you are in the wrong place. Antonello's house is really very nice, equipped with everything but really everything and above all very clean. Communication with him has always been clear and has always answered any questions. The only thing I give one less star is the area because in the coral port there is very little and you have to get around either in Villaputzu or Muravera . However, the house is even more beautiful than in the photos. Thank you Antonello

We were in Sardinia for two weeks in the fall and were very nicely welcomed. On site, we were briefed in all the details and explained the possibilities of the area to us. Hosts are super nice and accommodating. Everything we needed was in the house. For the kids there were even sand toys and boats that could be used. The location of the house right on the beach overlooking the sea is a dream. We had a very nice holiday and would love to come back next year. :) Thank you to Claudia and Simone!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rosa's place. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed, there's also a dishwasher :) Check-in and check-out were flexible, and Rosa showed us everything. Rosa and Antonio were always reachable by mobile phone and responded very quickly. Rosa is a great hostess. A big plus was the beautiful outdoor shower, so we can only agree with the other reviews. There are two indoor bathrooms, too. However, we did not need the interior showers because of the great outdoor shower. Beach is just behind the house in less than two minutes walk. Diving goggles and umbrellas, beach toys are also all there. Great barbecue at the outdoor kitchen. Generally very well maintained garden area with beautiful also shaded seating options as well as great planting and herbs for cooking. Huge fridge and beautiful kitchen. The air conditioning in the bedroom has also done us good service.

the apartment is impeccable, overlooking the sea, a beautiful cove a stone's throw from the house. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. The house has private indoor parking and is easy to find just outside. We had an unforgettable vacation not only for the wonders that Sardinia offers but also because we stayed in such a well-kept and organized place. I recommend it!!! Moira is always kind and helpful! There is a great selection of places to eat nearby. We really hope to be back soon!!!
