Vacation rentals in Torrance County

If I could only use one word it would be PARADISE! We’ve been traveling and staying only in vacation rental homes for 10 years now. THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST AND MOST BEAUTIFUL EVER! This cabin is all the way at the end of the road in towards the mountains! Very private with 360* views! The property is just covered up with mule deer, and there were stellar Jays and adorable little furry eared squirrels! There is no way to describe how wonderful it is to be in the woods of the Manzano Mountains! So peaceful that all you can hear is the wind in the pines! Guy, his wife, mother and all the staff are wonderful people and so eager to make your stay perfect! They also have miniature donkeys, fluffy faced cows, a gym, a zip line, a store where you can buy souvenirs, and apple cider made from the apples in their orchard. We will be back for sure, hopefully next year and for a longer stay! Check out all of their other rentals here on this 140 acre property! YOU WILL NEVER WANT

Lisa ('Gaga') is a fabulous host! She was helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. Her Tiny House in a gem in the East Mountains of Albuquerque. We were lucky enough to arrive the day before a foot of snow fell, and result was nothing short of MAGICAL! Seriously people, we are talking lifetime memories here... You should check it out.

My husband, daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Raven’s Nest. Our host, Christopher, provided a lovely loft with gorgeous artwork, comfy beds, and all the amenities you could want. The location was amazing; private but only about 20-25 minutes from restaurants and shops. We hope to visit here again and 100% recommend The Raven’s Nest to others.

This is our second time staying in Stacy’s yurt and it very much works for our family of 4 with dog. We camp a lot so feel very comfortable with any rustic parts of the yurt. And the view and stars are lovely!

Sarah’s place was just what we needed: quiet and peaceful surroundings. The inside was very well decorated and much better than the pictures in the listing. Just a wonderful place. We will return!!

We loved staying here and if given the opportunity would stay a few more days next time. The surrounding area is beautiful and the host provided everything for an awesome experience.

We had a lovely time. The house was great. The rooms were great. My friends loved the old-fashioned tub. The kitchen had snacks and tea. The location was so peaceful. The views of the night sky were incredible. The walls were a little thin, but the problem was solved with headphones. The only other issue we had was the water heating up, but once Leila told us where the water heater was and we adjusted it, it was perfect. Internet worked great despite being in the middle of the mountains. Be aware that the location is very remote, which was great for our purposes. It was a long drive, and as most remote places, there was wildlife, trees, dust, etc. It is not a city house, which again, was perfect for me and my friends! Book here if you need to get away and relax. Beautiful view of the stars to be had too.
