Casa Utopia is a unique residence located in the heart of the ancient districts of Santarcangelo. It takes its name from the mural by the artist Ericailcane, created on one of its façades in 2020 and inspired by Thomas More's novel “Utopia.” The house is a large, open-plan space spread over two floors, with a small garden where you can relax in complete privacy, despite being in the historic center.
