Cosy Coastal Cottage This cosy cottage is part of Blue Moon Cottages, three beautifully decorated cottages just 250 metres from the bayside beach at Rye on the Southern tip of the Mornington Peninsula. This character filled cottage is decorated with a subtle classic neutral theme. It is large enough to accommodate a couple or a family with an infant.The cottage is also pet friendly with an outdoor courtyard which is fully fenced and pets are welcome inside. Living: Walking into the cottage the wooden clad interior has a cosy lounge with log fire for winter stays and French doors to open up to the courtyard in summer. A leather chair and comfy sofa give the feeling of a log cabin hideaway to the room.The lounge opens further to a dining area with four chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. Sleeping: There is a large carpeted bedroom at the gable end of the cottage, beautifully decorated with hanging bedside lamps, a wrought iron Qeen bed and wall mounted TV. Bathrooms: Modern recently renovated bathroom with shower. There is a shared laundry on the Blue Moon Cottages site with washer and dryer. Heating and Cooling: Reverse Cycle Heater and Air Conditioner and additional wall heaters are in the dining and bedroom Parking: There is off street parking for one car Pet Friendly: Pets are welcome inside however as the cottage and courtyard is small we would recommend small dogs only. The fully enclosed courtyard garden has an outdoor entertaining area with a BBQ. The Sandpiper is a perfect beach retreat in both summer and winter. Your home away from home has everything you need for a relaxing holiday: Air conditioning, Flat screen TV, DVD, Wifi, Log fire, BBQ, Private courtyard garden,outdoor dining area andc car parking This is self catering accommodation and the room is not serviced on a daily basis. Trentham Cabin is a newly renovated 2 bedroom cabin nestled on a corner block amongst established trees opposite a local reserve park. One bedroom opens out to a private deck/ outdoor spa bath, with the other room opening out to an outdoor shower entertainig area. It has a woodfire that heats up the whole place in winter as well as AC unit/ceiling fans for summer days. The kitchen/lounge floor plan opens out to huge deck via bifold doors. Located 15mins walk from front and back beach.

The property was exactly what we expected and more. All rooms are a generous size with clean and comfy beds. The upstairs Living / Dining catered for all guests with beautiful views from the upstairs balcony. We all loved the heated plunge pool, easy access from the house and the outdoor shower was a bonus. Host answered all our questions promptly and made our stay a wonderful experience.

A comfortable home perfect for families with kids as there was a high chair, kids cutleries, games and a trampoline that kept them busy for hours. The backyard was beautiful and equipped with a fire pit, pizza oven and a bbq facilities. Communication was excellent and fast, beds were comfortable, and location was central.

Our family of 8, 4 Adults and 4 children (6,7,8&9) had a wonderfully relaxing time at the Barwon Heads’ “rustic” house. The children loved exploring all the nooks and crannies, sleeping in the bunk rooms and playing ball games outside. The main bed and pillows were super comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect being close to the river, shopping strip, hotel and IGA supermarket just a minute away. We jokingly called it “The Fridge” as it was so handy. It was very relaxing sitting in the lounge area after coming back from a busy day out. Mark was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Thanks Mark allowing us to stay in your home, we would love to come again sometime. Jennie

My extended family had a perfect weekend at Tyrone Tides. Kristie was very responsive and helpful. The house is very functional for a large families, comprising a great sized open plan kitchen, lounge room and dining room. Four good sized adult bedrooms, a kids bedroom and a dedicated games room, and to top it all off, it is a very easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay so much we have already rebooked for another stay. Thanks Kristie!

We had a fantastic stay at Amber’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the main drag Ocean Beach road and the beach! Amber was a great host, providing clear communication and thoughtful touches like. The bed was super comfortable, and we especially loved the backyard! Wonderful for a family stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sorrento!
