Starting from the beginning... ☺️ Communicative and helpful host. He responded quickly to messages. We got recommendations for places to visit and restaurants. We rented two cottages that were next to each other. Everything about them was adequate. We were delighted with the playground, a barbecue area with the possibility of cooking in a cauldron. An additional advantage was the children's playroom - equipped with beautiful, new wooden toys for boys and girls. The kids spent a lot of time there because it was cool when it was 34 degrees outside.🌡️🌞 The cottages also kept at a pleasant temperature. The place is fenced and children could be outside by themselves. There were bikes, scooters and running bikes in different sizes available. The place is a good location to nearby thermal springs💦/ use of pools and to visit the wineries 🍇🍷 We highly recommend this place and host 🌻🇭🇺 🥰

Jozefs place is the definition of the beautiful cozy calm spot where you can stay for daaaays! We had great time! Close to the chopok ski resort and bit out back from the big towns around. 10/10 Thank you so much ! 🗻🎿❄️❤️

Highly recommended! We were with a small child for two nights and the accommodation met expectations beyond the same, as well as the hosts' approach. We have nothing to complain about, we felt right at home. The place had all the necessary amenities, surprised our beautiful large backyard. A warm tub at check-in, as well as a super warm inside. We did not meet such quality service in a long time. You get more than you pay, definitely worth the stay so we recommend :-)

Danka and Juraj's house and courtyard are fairytale, the breakfasts were excellent, cleanliness , order everywhere. If you go hiking, you'll find beautiful routes, with a clear spring creek. Wonderful weekend with friends. Cozy house, with plenty of space for our group to spread out. Beautiful location, off the beaten path, which really made it special. The surrounding trails were almost empty. The small village of Stratena was peaceful and quiet, we felt really comfortable and at home. Host was very fast to respond to questions. I recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Melody's apartment. The location is absolutely amazing. Because the location is so central, I was worried it would be too noisy, but it was absolutely silent inside. Melody provided car parking instructions and let us keep the car parking permit a bit later on checkout day to make leaving a bit easier. Thanks for the stay!

We had an amazing stay at Branislav's place! The property was everything we hoped for and more – peaceful, warm, clean, and perfect for a family getaway. The living area and bedrooms were spacious, providing plenty of room for our group of 15 to celebrate Christmas comfortably. The family-friendly atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home, and everyone in our group absolutely loved it. This is a perfect place to spend a weekend in Roznava for 4 people. The center of the town is in minutes walking, parking is in front of the house, the hot water is always enough for everyone. We really liked the shed - suitable for hanging wet outdoor gear. Arriving and leaving is flexible, instructions are clear, everything goes smooth.

We want to thank Norbert for being so nice and helpful! My boyfriend did all communication with him, he always answered immediately, was super helpful with everything we asked! House is exactely like in the pictures, it felt homy and cozy there. Privat and very quiet. Like other guests have said- there are around 100 little steps until you reach house. But for us it was not issue at all, that way view from terrace is more beautiful. Thank you, Norbert, for your hospitality and we will come back again! ❤️
