Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

We had a wonderful few days at Sabina's place. The apartment was super equipped and had an excellent location. The communication with Sabina worked out very well and was totally friendly. She answered questions at all times and gave us recommendations for the area, open and helpful! We highly recommend the place and would gladly come back.

I had a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this property. The home is very clean, spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. The hosts, Gianni and Carolina, are exquisite people who make guests feel welcome. The house has a large covered veranda and a garden equipped with a barbecue, in a quiet and peaceful setting. Everything was in excellent condition and the house was comfortable. A commendation goes to Mr. Gianni who, during this period of such cold days, his attention to detail made a difference. He called me in the morning to inquire about my arrival time and, upon my arrival, I found the radiators on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This pampering did not go unnoticed and made my stay even more comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at David's home. It was centrally located to our planned activities and pretty private. A few things came up but the hosts were very responsive. All in all, we had a wonderful stay!

It is two minutes from several bus stations which is the cheapest and easiest to use of the transport of Rome, there is a supermarket 5 minutes away I would highly recommend it

Thanks to Iris and Daniella, lovely ladies and superb hosts. Totally responsive, nothing too much trouble. We spend many weeks each year in Rome and when visiting in hot weather like an apartment that has easy access to the centre of the city and also outdoor space for sunbathing, eating etc. Iris place ticked those boxes for us. Ponte Milvio is a super area with lots of great places to eat and drink. A pleasant walk down to the amazing old bridge and you can drop down to the bus station and there is also a fantastic tram service. Very frequent, takes 10 mins to Piazza del Popolo. Romes public transport is so easy to use and exremely pleasant to use and cheap. It became a very enjoyably part of our trip. There is also a bus stop opposite the apartment to save walking to the station. The apartment is a home from home. Everything you could need. We had a very happy three week stay and were well catered for. The apartment's out door space is fantastic with an amazing outdoor kitchen!

Had one of our six not gotten sick for a day and a half, we would have said this was our ALL TIME BEST vacation choice. Clearly no fault of our hosts that we missed out on a day. We are just grateful that the house was a great place to rest and sit out a day.

In addition to the hot tub, there was even a punching bag for training and a PlayStation 3. When we arrived, Antonio even left us something to eat and also some drinks, such as water, beer and even sparkling wine. Coffee was also provided. So, it was really a great experience and lovely place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Salima's place, who is a very thoughtful and friendly host. We recommend breakfasts on the terrace in the sun, with birdsong. This is a huge asset, because the place is a little too small for 4 people to eat. The location in Rome is great, great for sightseeing! We recommend!

The place was very clean, spacious and beautiful design. Perfect location, right by the train station. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The property is big and gated which made us feel even safer day and night. The sink in the bathroom was spacious and was able to spread our skin care items on it. Make sure you watch through all the videos of getting to the room so you don’t get lost like we did.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment for our 5 days in Rome. Walkable to many sights, and close to a taxi stand for those that were a bit further than we wanted to walk. The neighborhood is very active, with lots of dining options. The apartment was a great size for our family of 3 (2 adults and a young child) with plenty of storage. Having a second bathroom/shower was a real perk. Although the street is busy during the day, it’s far enough from Navona that it was quiet at night. I would definitely recommend!

Very great area that is perfectly connected. I have been to Rome several times and would always stay at Jochen's place. The neighborhood is really great, you can get to the bus super fast to go downtown, has shops, bars and great cafes right on the piazza around the corner - Testaccio is a real dream! In the apartment, everything was also in order and clean :)

This is a very very good host. Marianne made our family holiday to Rome very very easy and pleasant. Some tips: 7min in walk to train station. Neighborhood is very local. No tourists. Great spots coffee and breakfast. You can walk to the colosseum- 60 mins. For everything else we caught the train.

Great stay at the property. I preferred to stay outside Rome and pay daily visits. The season was still off, but I could find anything I needed. Overall, a good experience for a family of 5.
