Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento molto accogliente e ben arredato. C’è stato sempre un supporto immediato per ogni richiesta che abbiamo fatto. Ritornerò sicuramente da Fabrizio e lo consiglio davvero.

Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

We were enchanted when we saw Lucia's house, especially the garden and the facilities in the garden (ping pong, pool, basketball court) were very enjoyable for my son. I liked watching the sunset in the garden the most. The house was a living house. Lucia and her assistant Natalie responded to all our needs immediately. We could easily reach Rome center and other villages with the car we rented. It was very comfortable to reach Rome in 20-25 minutes by car. It is a very enjoyable house for large families or groups of friends, especially those with children, who want to be able to reach the city easily but also want to be at home in peace and relax away from the city. Thank you very much for everything.

We stayed in the villa as a group of six after our city trip to Rome, and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how modern and well-maintained everything was. The host exceeded all expectations—friendly, attentive, and always checking in to see if we needed anything. We even received welcome drinks and some ingredients to cook pasta, which was a lovely touch. The villa was spotless and fully equipped. It had a large pool in the front and a smaller one with a whirlpool in the back—perfect for relaxing after sightseeing in the city. The host also allowed us a late check-out, as our flight was in the evening, and even arranged a shuttle to the airport for us. We couldn’t have asked for more. The service, comfort, and overall experience were outstanding. We would 100% recommend this villa and would love to stay here again!

Vår vistelse var toppen. Boendet var fint och fräscht och utsikten var helt otrolig. Vi blev så väl bemötta av Andrea och det är en plats vi gärna skulle återkomma till.

From giving rides ,to stocking up the frij (on arrival)sharing meals ,historical tour of the Colombario dei liberte de Augusto ,also being always available for any questions with patience. The Pied e Terre is charming .It is easily accessible to the center of Rome.The location is spot on for being in the Eternal city and yet away from the hustle and bustle after a hectic day of sightseeing. Logement spacieux, très bon rapport qualité prix. Proche de la mer et dans un beau quartier bien sécurisé.

This was a beautiful little apartment. Everything was perfectly decorated and spotless. We had some trouble with traffic and other delays and the hosts were amazing. They relieved a lot of stress, waited for us to arrive, warmly welcomed us into their home…. You couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Korina and Valentina were very kind and helpful. Korina made great recommendations for local restaurants (including the great gelato place around the corner). Valentina was quick to respond when we had questions. The villa was comfortable and felt like home. We would definitely stay there again should we find ourselves in Rome again.

Hoogtepunt: Mooi, groot terras met prachtig uitzicht op zee. Alles was super. We zouden er veel langer kunnen verblijven!

Ginevra’s apartment was lovely!! It has a lovely courtyard with lemon trees and places to relax. The decor of the apartment is beautiful and the beds and linens were pristine. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals and we were even welcomed with some juice/water and treats. (Thank you!) Also the bathrooms (2) were very clean and the showers lovely. The location of the apartment is not in the ancient part of the city but buses and trains are close and with good shoes the walk to the Vatican is doable. The neighborhood is not great (compared to the more touristy areas) but again it’s easy to get around and go to the other areas of the city and we felt very safe. Communication with the hosts was great. Would definitely recommend as it was a lovely retreat after long days of exploring for my family of 3.

An amazing place and neighborhood that is welcoming and all green. The location is amazing and walkable to restaurant and the supermarket around the corner was a big plus. The house is as same as seen in the website and even better. The host is amazing and she was waiting for us to show us all details and to give local recommendations. She was very communicative with speed of response to whatever we needed.

We loved at stay at this beautiful place! Andrea and Chiara were wonderful hosts, responsive, helpful and very resourceful! The accommodation was spotless and perfect for our little family of four (2 adults and 2 young children). Plenty of places to eat nearby and the view of the lake is just spectacular! We wish we could have stayed longer.

We visited Rome for five days. The location of the apartment is just perfect.We took the train from the airport.The apartment was just a few minutes walk from the train station.The first two days we chose to do our exploration by foot.The location takes you straight to interesting areas.When we wanted to explore areas further away we took the tram just around the corner from the apartment.We had most of our dinners in the Trastevere area.A charming area with big selection of restaurants, bars, coffee shops etc.The short walk home was perfect. The apartment is just as described.The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and the terrace was just amazing.We didn’t use the kitchen much, but looked like it was well equipped.The interior is cute and treats you with nice details here and there. Celeste is a very thoughtful and helpful host.She replies without delay and offers good tips if needed. I strongly recommend this stay and hopefully it’s available for me when I return.

ciao Ragazzi siamo venuti dagli USA per la festa della mia Cittadinanza.ho portato con me amici e famiglia. ho vissuto a circa 15 minuti dalla casa nel passato quindi per me é stato come tornare a casa. Stavo cercando qualcosa di unico, un posto che si raccontasse da sola , un posto tranquillo, un posto con verde e zona da condividere come una partita di calcio ecc. i spazi sono usati benissimo, tutti comfort. Solo 35min da FCO int, e circa 25min ai parioli. c'é il trenino a 10 min circa che vi porta a piazzale flaminio , cosi non vi stressate per parcheggio ecc. c'é un ottima fraschetta locale a 6 minuti di auto, altre scelte a circa 10 min, ed un grande supermercato a 9minuti. attenzione alla strada per arrivarci di notte, 2/3min ci sono alcuni rialzi dovute alle radici dei alberi. Silvio simpaticissimo, tanto carino ma tanto riservato (il giusto, non invadente) consiglio questo posto magico, a famiglie amici e coppie, che hanno voglia di rilassarsi e divertirsi (cn rispetto)a presto

Das Apartment war war sauber und das Bett war sehr bequem. Wir haben auf der Durchreise eine Nacht in Diegos Apartment verbracht und für uns hat es gut gepasst.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre wirklich schöne Lage, die es uns ermöglichte, die Umgebung entspannt zu erkunden und die italienische Lebensart zu genießen, auch die Verbindung per Zug nach Rom Termini (Hbf) war unkompliziert. Stefano und Giulia, unsere Gastgeber, haben maßgeblich zu unserem positiven Eindruck beigetragen. Sie waren jederzeit aufmerksam und engagiert, uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen und sicherzustellen, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Ihre Bemühungen, uns den besten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, waren wirklich bemerkenswert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das inkludierte Frühstück, das jeden Morgen eine willkommene Stärkung war. Der freundliche Willkommensaperitif bei unserer Ankunft war fantastisch. Wir können diese Unterkunft für Reisende empfehlen, die eine gut gelegene und gastfreundlich geführte Unterkunft suchen. Great place a few steps away from the beach. Very well stocked and the private rooftop patio was definitely our highlight. Augustino was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend!
