Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Tootgarook

My partner and I stayed here for our three year anniversary and we had a really lovely time! The home was very cosy, warm and beautifully clean! I was especially happy that the bed was so soft and comfortable, I had an amazing sleep. The location was amazing! with a two minute walk from the beach, we got to watch the sunset each night, which was absolutely stunning, it also had great access to the restaurants and stores in the area! Thank you for hosting us, we had a fantastic time!

Silvana's place is just stunning! We stayed here last night after a trip to the Peninsula hot springs. It was a girls weekend away and there were 8 of us. We loved staying at the property. The house is big but really well maintained! There's easy access to shops and cafés. We really had such a wonderful and comfortable stay at Silvana's place that want to come back for another stay!

A rare find with both fireplace and outdoor fire pit, cosy vibes and generous kitchen. Close to shops and great base for the Mornington beaches!

A great spot with Views, Privacy and Space. Lots to do and central to the Mornington Peninsula. We had three family’s share the space for a birthday weekend and enjoyed the fireplace, open kitchen, vineyard walk, baloneys and great amenities. I would defiantly recommend and stay again. Perfect for a large group.

Marcelo’s place was really great - he allowed us an early check in AND check out which allowed use to fully enjoy our weekend. The living room and kitchen were beautiful and there was lots of space to hang out. The garden was also great too. It is walking distance to the beach, and drivable to the hot spring, wineries and back beaches. The only one slight draw back is there is only one bathroom for 11 people - but we didn’t mind for the weekend!

Our stay at Amanda's place was fantastic. The house was really comfortable with lots of space for a large group with different areas, comfortable beds and a beautiful private garden. Amanda was so helpful, sharing info and also being responsive. She made us feel really welcome. Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved this treasure in Rosebud. We were impressed on arrival to find the place lovely and clean and well equipped. It was spacious and easily fit our 3 families who range from babies to teens and it gave us enough space that we felt like we weren’t all on top of each other. The TV room with a door was a great feature as well as the putting green and table tennis in the garage, which both got a very good work out. Despite the rainy weekend we had plenty to do and felt cosy. The gas log fire was lovely and heated the bottom level to perfection. We made use of the playground that was just around the corner and would have definitely walked to the pier if the weather permitted. We went down to Rosebud and visited Top Fun and the RSL, both of which were an easy 5 minute drive and perfect for young families. The hosts were super helpful and accommodating and we appreciated the provision of towels and linen and the abundance of crockery and cookware. Highly recommend.

Emily was amazing, extremely responsive and accommodating. Very smooth process , beautiful property and convenient location, great value for money for large group. Would stay again if I was looking for somewhere in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is perfectly positioned to enjoy everything that Sorrento has to offer. The main street shops, restaurants and trendy hotels are merely 2 minutes walk away, not to mention the beach and ferry terminal. I highly recommend this property. Checking in was a breeze. I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described, if not better. It was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to town and the beach. Communication with the host was seamless; they were incredibly responsive, welcoming. My partner Bree and I loved staying at Kristy’s place. It was beautiful, clean and homey and Kristy was a great host! It has all the luxe features; great bed, nice towels, bidet/heated toilet seat, fire place etc; the rotating tv was a real standout too! A great place to work from and relax. Will definitely stay again!

It was a last minute getaway and was just perfect. Exactly what we wanted and expected. Cold enough evenings to make the most of a fabulous fireplace. Lovely open space. Perfectly equipped kitchen and walkable distance to shops and beach. It was also a perfect secure home to bring our dog.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avila. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group. It had everything we needed to have a relaxing short break. The location is literally a short walk of 5 minutes to the beach. Summer was very easy to deal with and the instructions regarding the premises were clearly outlined in the house manual.

Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality.
