Fingal is the home of the Hot Springs. A relaxed fun timber cabin. Eclectic vintage vibe. Pool table, basketball hoop, darts and record player. Our cabin suits the young or young at heart. Our cabin is next to but separate to main house. Our cabin is set on a special 7 acres of coastal Australian bushland ensuring privacy. Short drive to bay and ocean beach. Smart Tv Netflix, Microwave, kettle, toaster and bar fridge. We have a Kelpie cross 'Jett'. Friendly dogs welcome. BYO wood or $30 a bag.

Private Guesthouse near Beach/Wineries/Hot Springs

We offer a modern, private, two bedroom guesthouse to suit 4 guests. 5th guest is welcome on request for an extra fee, but you'll need to provide your own sleeping arrangements for the extra guest. The Guesthouse is attached to the rear of our property. It is safe, private, and unique. Recommended for families and couples. You'll be close to some of the best wineries, restaurants, cafes, the famous Peninsula Hot Springs, and Alba Springs, as we are situated in the heart of the Peninsula.

Our north facing, spotlessly clean and light filled three bedroom, two bathroom home is in a very quiet street in Rye about 3km’s from both the bay & ocean beaches & only a 4 minute drive from both the Peninsula Hot Springs & Alba Thermal Spa. It comfortably sleeps 6 guests and is a perfect base to explore all of the peninsula’s beautiful attractions. It’s a place where you can unwind and leave feeling relaxed and refreshed after enjoying the tranquil tea tree outlook from every room.

Farm Cottage near Peninsula Hot Springs

2 Bedroom Farm Cottage between the Ocean and Bay beaches at Boneo provides extra space to truly relax. You're only 7kms from Rosebud and 5 mins from the Hot Springs. The changing seasons bring new things to discover, in spring you'll see baby lambs, in Summer pick delicious Mulberries, Autumn has the apple trees bursting with fruit and then there's free range eggs from the chooks all year round. Don't forget Zeus the wonder dog. Every 3rd Saturday check out the local Boneo market.

Rye Coastal Living

Encased in a centuries old Japanese tradition of ‘Shou-Sugi Ban’ - this charred timber cladding is astonishing to look at and amazing to touch. Hidden amongst the Moonah trees, in Rye’s most tranquil green wedge, is one of the Peninsula’s most beautiful new properties. The main spacious home easily sleeps six guests, and is overlooked by the treehouse retreat that sleeps four in comfort. Strictly no parties permitted. This property is not suitable for young children.

Five minutes walk from the beach this location is perfect for a couple of families to share good times. Our recently redecorated four-bedroom holiday home has large indoor and outdoor living and dining areas, with BBQ, firepit, new kitchen, two new bathrooms, one with double shower, and an outdoor shower for after the beach! Comfortably sleeping 6 adults and 6 kids each room has its own air-con, heating, and ceiling fans.
